Liang Wei carefully examined the herbs in the sack. There were various kinds of plants and herbs, each with its unique properties and benefits. He recognized some of them, but others were unfamiliar to him.

But what shocked him was there were 10 spirit grass and 1 spirit flower. there were also a few other herbs.

"Where did that guy find so many? this is the first one I found", Linag Wei said as he picked up the spirit grass they fought for.

After taking his first stack of grass and others from the fifth stage, he become more motivated and continued to look for more and went higher in the mountain. but he was disappointed with his find.

"They say robbing is the fastest way to get reach, and it seems true, I have been looking for an entire day and only managed to find two sprite grass", Liang Wei looked at his bag with 12 sprite grass.

"If I go on like this, I will require 12-15 days to find enough sprite grass to complete the system mission", Liang Wei furrowed his brows.

Liang Wei continued to look on as he went higher up the mountain sun started to set. as he tried to hurry and look for sprite grass. as he did he spotted two to three stacks he hurriedly went close but as he did he heard "Roar!" as a beast came at him at a fast speed.

The beast is a level 6 beast, Comparable to the sixth qi refining realm, but beasts are stronger than humans. Lian g Wei begin to sweat as he looked at the beast's stats.

"Roar!"

The beast lets out a ferocious roar as it charges toward Liang Wei. The beast was a giant mountain bear with sharp claws and teeth. Liang Wei dodged the first attack and counterattacked with a swift strike to the bear's hind leg, causing it to stumble. this was Liang Wei's first time fighting with a beast, but he was mentally prepared long ago.

"Crack!"

Liang Wei strikes with his sword the beast's tough skin, creating a cracking sound. He managed to make the beast off balance and fall.

"Thud!"

The beast falls to the ground heavily after Liang Wei's powerful strike. Liang Wei moved back from the beast's impact to the ground.

"Growl!" - The beast growls as it tries to regain its footing and charge at Liang Wei once again. The bear growled in anger and charged again, but Liang Wei was ready.

"Swish!", Liang Wei swiftly dodges the beast's claw strike with swift movement. He put his sword back in the sword sheath and used the Sword Drawn technique.

he gathered his qi to unleash a powerful strike to the bear's chest but realized it was dead. Liang Wei wiped the sweat from his forehead and inspected his wounds. He had a few minor scratches, but nothing serious.

Liang Wei then searched the bear's body and found some valuable materials that he could sell to the sect for a good price.

I didn't think Sword Drawn Technique would be this powerful. during the fight my concentration was higher which bought such results", Feeling satisfied with his victory, Liang Wei continued on his way to the sprite grass and flowers he spotted, He found three stacks of sprite grass and 1 sprite flower. Liang looked for anything of value in the cave he spotted a few stacks of different kinds of herbs, and he stored them in his sack.

As the night grew darker, Liang Wei decided to set up a temporary camp in the cave. He gathered some wood and started a fire, roasting some of the meat he had collected from the bear. The smell of the sizzling meat made his stomach growl, and he eagerly dug in.

As he ate, he pondered his next move. He had collected a good amount of sprite grass and flowers, but he still needed more to complete his missions. He decided to explore the mountain further the next day, hoping to find more valuable resources.

Just as he was about to settle down for the night, he heard rustling in the bushes nearby. He quickly unsheathed his sword and stood up, ready to defend himself. A figure emerged from the bushes, revealing itself to be a fellow disciple from his sect.

"Liang Wei, is that you?" the disciple asked, relieved to see a friendly face.

"Yes, it's me," Liang Wei replied, lowering his sword. "What are you doing here?"

"I was sent by our sect to gather some rare herbs on this mountain," the disciple explained. "I've been searching for days and haven't had much luck. Have you found anything?"

Liang Wei showed the disciple the sprite grass and flowers he had collected. The disciple's eyes widened in surprise.

Liang Wei showed him his collection to see if he shows any desire t steal or rob, if he did he will attack without hesitation.

"Wow, Liang Wei, you are turning really awesome, you defeated Li Ming now so many herbs, you've been busy," he said. "Mind if I tag along with you tomorrow? Two pairs of eyes are better than one."

"Okay", Liang Wei agreed, grateful for the extra help. He was willing to team up seeing he didn't show any greed seeing his sack.

The disciple Liang Wei teamed up with was named Chen Yan. Chen Yan was a fellow cultivator from the same badge of the sect as Liang Wei, and the two had known each other only for a while. Chen Yan is calm and collected and helpful.

Chen Yan was known for his modesty and willingness to help others. He often spent his time hassling around the sects and offering his services to those in need. This earned him the respect and admiration of many cultivators, including Liang Wei.

He didn't look down on Liang Wei and tried to help him when he was picked on by others, but his cultivation it not as good as their peers only at the fourth stage of the qi refining realm. But he was still better than Liang Wei who couldn't break through the first stage and Li Ming who despite being weak picked on those weaker than him.

The two disciples chatted for a while longer before settling down for the night. They took turns keeping watch and cultivating.
