To the town of Louka.

Everyone woke up early. They had their breakfast at the inn as they once more ran through the plan they had decided yesterday. It was actually a simple plan but the thought of being caught plus the danger it may cause made everyone a little tensed.

After their morning meal, Clive went out and met with the person that will provide the goods that they will use to trade in Louka.

When he came back along with the wagon of goods, the others were all well prepared.

"Wow! Young master Clive is surely very reliable." Oswald remarked as he saw the goods that Clive and Leon will use to trade in Louka town.

Rem and Leon also took a peek of the goods. The goods that they will use to trade in Louka were fabrics made of water berries and Ardula flower. The fabrics were all of high quality making Rem's eyes lit in excitement.

Rem had long heard about these kind of fabrics. They were very expensive thus a few people use it to make clothes but it was mainly used to create Arga's formal wear. Rem looked at Clive who somehow felt something was off with Rem's eyes.

"Can you spare some fabric for me?" Rem was smiling when he asked but there was a hint of warning in his voice that if Clive won't spare some for him, Rem won't let him off.

"Y-yeah" Clive said, his voice wavering, after all the money he used was those his majesty gave for this investigation but the atmosphere surrounding Rem and his gaze told his intuition that it's better to give what Rem wants otherwise he might regret it.

Oswald chuckled at the side as he watched the scene in front of him. Even Clive cannot say no to Rem.

Hearing Oswald's chuckle, Clive glared at him a little before checking some more things before they leave Minow village.

It was Rem and Oswald's carriage that will first leave the village and made their way to the town of Louka.

To reach the town of Louka, one will arrive in an intersection. On the left was to the town of Louka and on the right was to the forest of nymphs. It was believe that nymphs lived in the deepest parts of the forest. Those who will pass through the forest, especially men, need to offer a prayer to the nymphs otherwise they will get lost inside forever.

After they all made sure that everything they needed were all prepared and packed, Oswald, Rem and Curtis bid goodbye to Clive and Leon who will leave the village in the afternoon.

"It's been a long time since the two of us were alone like this." Oswald said as Curtis started and made the horses move towards their destination.

"Yeah, it is." Rem said as he looked out of the window of the carriage. The scenery was a little new to him. He hadn't been out of the mansion for a while since they had omegas living in the mansion. He had always been very concerned of them, maybe it was because he was one too knowing the hardship of being an omega or it was because of what the three had been through.

"Deep in thought?�� Oswald broke Rem's day dreaming as he inquired of Rem's sudden stillness.

Rem smiled and chuckled a bit, "Not really, I was just enjoying the scenery. I just thought it has been a while since I've been out of the mansion for a long time. That's all."

"Oh. Yeah, since Clause and Lila arrived in the mansion you and Leon really haven't gone out for more than a day especially you." Oswald said as he too looked out and watched the scenery as they passed by it.

"Yeah, but now I think those two can manage and Nanna she may not look like it but I think she is far stronger than she looks." Rem smiled as he looked at Oswald. "Now, why don't we enjoy this trip while doing the task at hand?"

Oswald chuckled and nodded his head as he looked at Rem's smiling face. He wondered how did Rem ended up with Leon seeing the two has a lot of uncommon traits. He chuckled again, 'I guess opposites do attract', he thought, this made Rem looked a little confuse as he saw Oswald's expression.

"Okay…What's funny?" Rem inquired.

"Nothing really. I just thought that you and Leon are really opposites and yet you two ended up together."

"Oh, well that's easy." Rem said like it was without difficulty to explain it.

"Really? Enlighten me then." Oswald was really getting curious. He urged Rem to talk about his relationship with Leon.

"Leon just hasn't show all of him to anyone." Rem said as he crushed Oswald's hope in getting a juicy gossip from Rem.

"Ah! You are no fun." Oswald said in displeasure. "And hear I thought there's something more or even a gossip about Leon or you." Rem chuckled at Oswald more, "Are you that bored?"

"I'm not. I just thought I will learn something interesting on this long journey. I mean, Louka may be the next town but it sure isn't near." Oswald said as he leaned back lazily.

"You are right." Rem said with a mischievous smile before he peeked in from the window looking at Curtis. "Curtis make us go a little faster." He ordered Curtis then looked at Oswald before speaking again with a teasing tone, "Young master Oswald here is getting uninterested."

Curtis smiled hearing the teasing tone from his master. He followed Rem's ordered making the horses move faster. He skillfully guide the horses on the road as they move faster than how a carriage move.

Oswald was surprised by the sudden increase of speed of the carriage. This made him toss and turn inside the carriage as they met bumps on the road. "Okay, okay, I'm not bored anymore" he said in defeat but Rem never had the intention of letting Curtis slowdown because he too was bored and just wanted to arrive in town fast.

Oswald somewhat cursed inside as he saw Rem relaxed on his seat knowing that Rem does not have any intention of making Curtis slowdown.

Due to Curtis' skilled and fast driving of the carriage, they reached the town of Louka in no time. Before they can even enter the town Oswald quickly stopped the carriage as he can no longer tolerate the movement of the carriage.

Once the carriage stopped outside the town, Oswald immediately went down of the carriage almost kneeling as he felt weak and nauseated from Curtis' fast driving. "Are you okay young master Oswald?" Rem who was still inside the carriage but was leaning a little on the window teasingly asked Oswald.

Oswald glared at Rem, "I will never go back with you once we are all done here." He said as he felt like he wanted to expel all the things he had taken earlier that morning. He walked to the nearest tree and let himself relax, and tried his hardest to hold in it.

After a while, Oswald climb back in the carriage. "Never asked Curtis to drive like that again." He firmly said to Rem. Rem only shrugged at him with a smile. They then made their way to the town's entrance. They were stopped by some knights that guard and filtered people that goes in and out of the town.

They were asked to pay the fee to get inside the town as well as to let the knights check their carriage. They were also asked, 'What's there intention in coming to town?' Rem handed the knights 6 leons for the three of them as he answered their question all the while letting the knights check the carriage.

"Wow! This place sure is tight." Oswald remarked once they got inside the town.

"Yeah. Making it even more suspicious."

"What do you mean?" Oswald asked Rem who was thinking.

"It wasn't like this a few years back. They do asked for payment to get inside the town and check everything that goes in and out of the town but the knights back then weren't this many. There were only two knights at most and a person who was responsible for the payment." Rem said as he thought that this town surely has something to hide.

"Then coming here and investigating sure is necessary." Oswald said as they reached the inn where they will stay for a couple of days. He just hoped that even though the town was very suspicious it wouldn't be too dangerous for them, after all he wanted to come back in one piece or his father will surely never let him go out of his study anymore, Oswald sighed at the thought.
