Why do you not believe me?
Sure at the beginning the main reason he was attracted to her was something superficial. Before he realised it was her it was due to her appearance, but even that quickly changed to something else. When he learned that she was the girl from the past, he started to understand why he couldn't treat her just like any girl.
Rhys watched as she slowly turned red. It didn't help that due to the affect of the water but her face looked beautifully flushed. He quickly carried her out without another word and brought her over to the bed.
He didn't do anything despite having some crazy thoughts.
Lyn however rolled over so she was on top of him. A pair of soft hands interwind against his hair and a gentle voice called his name.
"Rhys if you are tired you should get some sleep."
"No this is fine."
Besides, she probably has no idea how she looks like to him.
"But-"
"No buts."
At those words Lyn sighed. "You irritate me sometimes."
