If Queen Orthez is truly alive why would she throw away her throne? Why would she go through all this trouble of faking her death like this? None of this made any sense to her. But it seems like her father already understands.
He is a mad man who is obsessed with the Queen. Despite her father's ugly reputation, it never impacted her. She always found it strange, she resembled her father more than her mother. Her entire situation was strange, she had no traits of the royal family. She did not have the blue eyes that marked her as royal.
In normal circumstances she would be treated as an outcast. For the first few years people did not treat her very well, but they did not neglect her either.
Is it because of Lyn's accident when she was born? Either way after that accident she gained more respect.
"Think Lethia, what is the most important thing to her?"
