A protective amulet
This may not be the first time she has encountered this situation, but it doesn't make it any easier for her. Perhaps it was due to the ill effects of the bullying she endured in her childhood. But she has a hard time eating when people who dislike her are around. She can swallow the food but it will be similar to eating stale bread.
Lyn felt her stomach hurt and sweat clung to her now pale face. Oh no, why is this happening now? Even though she has managed to suppress it the last few days. How did it end up like this?
Her thoughts broke off when Kazuya wrapped his cloak around her, covering her face.
"You may leave now." Kazuya's words were short but they held enough authority.
It did not take long before the maids who were causing her unease left the room. It took a few extra minutes for her to calm down and even then Kazuya insisted she rested, so she found herself laying down on the couch.
