Clancy wiped her sweats. She was sweaty all over due to fever, her throat was feeling itchy and she wanted to get away from here as soon as possible.
Her breath was heavier when she shook her head to the woman who appeared quite close to Roy but from nowhere, she looked like a romantic partner, rather a friend.
That's how Clancy perceived it.
"Oh, I forgot to introduce myself. I am Sara, Roy's teammate and his buddy and this guy is Tein". Sara with a grin grabbed Tein by his collar from behind and dragged him just to give his introduction, "He is also our teammate. Though he has nothing special but, out of pity we take care of him".
Sara giggled after making fun of him.
They all were wearing the black uniform of the academy.
Clancy stood up, "Nice to meet you…".
She was about to introduce herself when Kina interrupted, "Just stay seated since you are having a fever. I have told someone to bring medicine for you. Huh… after all, why did you even take the trouble to come all the way when you were not feeling well?".
She was obviously the only one who was thinking and worried about Clancy health while others were busy in their own things.
Though she appeared tough, she was a kind of person who doesn't like to show how kind she was.
"You are having a fever?" Sara asked and quickly threw a glare at Roy.
She was well aware of the fact that her friend had no interest in this girl since he always acted nonchalant whenever a topic about his fiancée unfolded but even if he disliked her, he should at least care for a patient who came all the way just because of his call.
"Hey, why are you standing there, you should better take responsibility". She started to bicker with Roy.
Hmm… they keep saying stuff like I am having fever but I don't think I have a fever. I only feel pain in the joints and my head is a bit heavy, that's it. I am not that weak of a person to get a fever easily.
Meanwhile, everyone was busy elsewhere, she was busy refusing the fact that she was ill because there was no place for fever thingy in her dictionary.
Huh… I must be too tired after coming to this country all of a sudden.
She nodded to herself until Siyi held her sleeves and grabbed her attention.
With her cute but worried face, she wanted to say something but their time got interrupted by Arena who was really in a foul mood because of many reasons.
"Give my car back".
The first thing she said in a low voice after making sure that no one was paying attention to them was about her favourite car.
She was frowning while gritting, desperate to get her car back that she just got as a gift two months ago but Clancy had no mood to satisfy her.
She brimmed with smile that provoked Arena more, "Ok, I will return it back tomorrow when I will come to see you all".
This was easy! I thought she has become rebellious because I took her kidney forcefully, but yes, a pushover will remain a pushover no matter how much she grows.
But I dislike it. She looks more prettier than before. Her hair is done neatly and her clothes are the same but they are shinning.
Why does she look so bright rather than dull?
Arena bit her finger nail when suddenly an idea popped in her head.
She smiled haughtily, "No need to come back to us, I will personally come to take my car back and I am wandering if I can stay in your new house for a week or so, after all, it was bought by my mother's money so, you won't refuse, will you?".
Clancy face turned dark.
She went all the way just to get out from that house and now the people of that house were thinking of making their way to her newly bought apartment.
It was only for a moment since soon her face brimmed with evil smile and she nodded, "Sure, come to my apartment sister but let me tell you a secret," she leaned closer to her and near her ear whispered, "the apartment was not bought by your mother but by my fiancée, so keep your hands away from those expensive things inside".
"What!!!"
