Tunç sighed and stepped in close, hugging first Korin and then Telmé. "I thinkhopethat what I have been trying to tell you is finally getting through those stubborn heads of yours. I'll come back in a few hours, and we'll talk some more, all right? If you manage to behave that long, I'll consider letting you out early. Someone will come with food shortly." He rested a hand on Telmé's cheek. "I'm disappointed in your behavior, Telmé, but never doubt I love you." He looked at Korin. "Just as High Priest Ümit dearly loves you. Now, stay in here and make a true effort to get along."
The sound of the door locking seemed unbearably final. Telmé wiped his eyes with his sleeve then turned and glared at Korin with every emotion tearing him apart.
Korin recoiled, but then stopped and glared right back. "It's not myonly my fault. If you hadn't jarred me"
