91 Jun meets Kim Jong Kook

"Hey, that's Kim Jong Kook. Aren't you a fan of Running man? Lucky you.." Daniel whispered to Jun, immediately.

"Should we go and say hello?" Jun asked in return.

"Uhh, he seems to be a bit busy." Daniel wasn't sure about it. He wondered whether this gym enthusiast will get annoyed when being disturbed.

Jun nudged him with his elbow, "C'mon, ignoring a senior is even ruder, you know. What if it's your favorite actress? Will you stop yourself in greeting her?"

Jun was confident that Jong Kook won't be annoyed because he, himself is a nosy fellow when it comes to fitness, you know, like getting in the way of others when they were working out.

The only issue is that Jun doesn't know whether the Jong Kook he was looking at has the same personality as the one that he knows from the other world. So, it's a bit risky.

"Well, if you say so…" As Daniel agreed to it, Jun excused himself from the manager for a moment and walked towards them. Jong Kook was in the middle of doing upper body stretch exercise with Lat Pulling down.

"Annyeonghaseyo," Jun and Daniel greet Kim Jong Kook, interrupting his workout for a moment.

Jong Kook stopped and looked at them.

The gym trainer furrowed his brows for a second before his eyes fell on the two handsome-looking young men.

He thought they are either trainees or rookie idols or maybe, they are rich customers living in the same district or they might be troublemakers who are paying money to meet celebrities. After all, this GYM isn't exclusive to only the staff and the artists of Genesis Entertainment and its subsidiaries. Regular people can also come and work out as long as they pay money.

Jun then took the charge by bowing again, "I apologize for interrupting. We just joined today on Jaewook-hyung's recommendation. I didn't expect that I would meet a celebrity."

Jun personally involved Lee Jaewook's name in the conversation in order to make sure they believe him.

Daniel also looked at him in awe. How Jun doesn't know that they would meet a celebrity. This Hyung is the one that lured him with the Goblin's actress. Maybe, it's due to Jun's unknown charm. Even he believed that it was a truth for a moment.

Daniel added to his statement, "He's a fan of running man, watches every week. Hyung also appeared in an episode, once."

"Ah, is that so? Thank you." Kim Jong Kook let out a smile when he heard it. Seeing that both of them are tall and have good looks, he asked as he took a break, "Sorry but I don't recognize you. Which one is it?"

Going through his memories, Jun hurriedly waved his hands, "Anniyo (no), he's just exaggerating. It's only for a second in Episode 21. When all the cast members were rushing out from the train, just briefly, my face was captured by coincidence. I was already a fan of the show by then, so, it's a bit special moment for me."

This time, Jun was saying the truth. Along with the type of women that both Han SungJun likes and both being Catholics, their favorite program is also the same. Despite the differences in appearance and talent, both indeed share a lot of similarities in their likes and dislikes. Maybe, this is why Jun could possess this body.

What's more, the original owner of the body had indeed appeared in an episode by coincidence.

Jong Kook didn't expect to meet such a fan. Episode 21 means Jun was watching from the start. That's 8 years.

He is an honest type of person and a little bit gullible. Instead of unnecessarily suspecting whether they were true or not, he just decided to believe it and asked, "What do you do, now?"

"Oh, I forgot to introduce myself. I'm sorry…" Jun took a deep breath to calm down his nerves and said, "I'm Han Sung Jun and this is Kang Daniel. We are currently trainees but soon going to debut as idols. In fact, my debut is only four days away. Teaser has been uploaded already. Even Daniel felt that Jun was explaining too much on their first meeting already and hoped it wouldn't leave a bad impression on Jong Kook.

The trainer never heard of their names but he heard of the survival program. It is popular for not using auto-tune, fascinating costumes, showing background stories, or anything that is aimed at entertaining the audience. It was a pure talent show, focused on just singing and dancing.

Meanwhile, Jong Kook nodded, and then, wished him luck.

"Sorry for taking your time. I won't disturb you any longer. Please continue…" After getting to briefly talk with Kim Jong Kook, Jun no longer stayed there and left calmly. After all, his only intention is to make sure Jong Kook sees his face once. That was enough for the day.

While Jong Kook continued his workout, Jun and Daniel reached the other end of the room where the manager is talking with someone on the phone.

The gym manager took both of them on a tour of the gym's facilities and explanation of each piece of equipment. After a 30-minute tour, they were introduced to their trainers.

Jun's trainer is named Cha Woo Jin, a thirty-year-old fitness enthusiast who usually trains Ji Chang Wook whenever the actor visits the gym.

On the other hand, Daniel got a pretty woman named Kim Dongeun, who looks like an actress but represented many times Korea many times in international championships.

The manager/owner Yang said, "We'll get your medical details from the company later, but for now, we just test basic things like height and weight, BMI, after that, you test the equipment, and then, later, we will draw a detailed diet plan and everything.

But, before that, it's important to know your goals. Is it just to stay fit or whether you trying for abs or a full-body workout?"

"Uhhh, I don't know actually," Daniel answered after a bit of hesitation. He doesn't know a thing about working out. Half of the equipment around him, he saw them for the first time in his life.

The trainers were a little bit surprised. After all, who would come to the gym and pay for VIP membership without any goals? Was he born in a wealthy family or something?

As if Daniel's answer wasn't surprising enough, Jun also gave an unexpected answer, "I'm here to test my limits. The gym equipment at our dorm isn't high-end."

The three of them stared at Jun. They couldn't judge his upper body physique because of the loose t-shirt, but based on his lower body, at least, they could see that he was fit but definitely not bulky. The looks weren't important in the gym. So, they didn't pay much attention to it.

"I see…" Boss Yang nodded in response. He then asked, "So, I guess SungJun-ssi is experienced and Euigeon-ssi is a beginner?"

Jun nodded, "Yes."

"Okay." Boss Yang nodded again and looked at the trainers, "Dongeun-ssi, Woojin-ssi, they are in your hands."

Just about one hour later;

Woojin found staring at Jun in a daze as the latter was running on a treadmill with a smile on his face. The trainer was stunned on the spot.

"The highest setting, 24 mph. That's like 38km/hr. How was he so comfortable to run at such speed for 15 minutes straight with stable posture? Is he a professional athlete or something? He can easily set a record if he ran on the tracks with such speed."

Unknown to them, Kim Jong Kook just finished his workout routine and was about to leave but stopped as his eyes fell on Jun from the sideways. "Fast..."
