90. Loyalty built on many tragedies..

Brian fell into deep thought after hearing the two options. There's no way that he could escape and send this news to Marcus.

But..

He looked at the girl's calm expression and asked, "How can I believe you?" 

It's not that he cares about his team members' lives and deaths. All he cares about is the interests of Marcus.

His life belongs to Marcus. So he wouldn't hesitate to kill even his team members if it benefits Marcus.

Mo Ling knew how he was as a person. He's loyal to the core to that venomous uncle of hers.

"You don't have to believe me if you want." 

She didn't care what he thought, because she knew his decision very well.

"Also, I'm not like your Master." Her meaning behind those words was obvious.

"You don't know a thing about him!!" Brian's anger surged up like a tsunami when he heard the insult behind her words.

So roared at the top of his lungs.

Lee immediately went and gave a rough punch to his face. "How dare you raise your voice against Her Highness!" 

Mo Ling raised her hand to stop him and looked at the bloody mouth caused by the punch on Brian.

She knew very well how fanatic he was towards Marcus. So she didn't take his words seriously.

After all, the loyalty of this fellow was built on many tragedies. Not only him, but his whole team.

"So what's your choice?" She asked after Lee backed away from him.

"I'll give you their whereabouts." Brian said through his gritted teeth. He has to think of Marcus's safety over other things.

"Good." Mo Ling was satisfied with his decision. She achieved what she came here for.

She didn't intend to take his team members' lives in the first place. They're innocent and were also deceived by Marcus to join him.

She wasn't afraid that Brain would mislead them with false intel either. He was at least smart enough to know the current situation and do what was best for them.

"Take note of what he says and shift him to this address." She said and gave Reaper an address.

After giving some other instructions, she took her phone out and called Bi Yuhan before walking towards the door.

She halted when she reached the door and turned to Brian who's looking at her with hateful eyes.

She lifted an eyebrow and mischief danced in her eyes. With a low and magnetic voice she said, "I'll give you a gift before releasing you. Take that as our parting gift."

After saying that she walked out under Brian's confused eyes.

Bi Yuhan after leaving Mo Ling went straight to the Bi corporation.

When Secretary Chen was grumbling about how his boss is being irresponsible, he saw Bi Yuhan walking out of the elevator.

He stumbled on his feet and hurried towards his boss while wiping his cold sweat.

"S.. Sir.." Didn't he ask him to go to the company and stayed behind to take care of that kid at home? Why is he here then?

"Bring me the Country K project files." Bi Yuhan instructed before walking into his office.

"Yes. Right away." Despite his doubts, Secretary Chen was happy in his heart. 

Because the CEO being in the company meant that the workload over his head was reduced.
