Chapter 543-Lake of Fate

Chapter 543

A lot of information had entered Gabriella's mind, and the four insect lords were some of the strongest sent to this plane. They knew a lot of things.

"Oh, interesting," Gabriella said, already aware of their purpose.

She looked at the four spirit kings before clenching her fist, turning the insect lords' bodies into dust, officially killing them.

Her strength shocked everyone, and they looked at her with gratitude and reverence.

"We thank you for your help, Master Gabriella," the Fairy King bowed and sighed in relief as they had finally managed to kill the enemies.

The other kings also followed him, bowing to her, admiring her strength.

"Do you know the Sea of Fate?" She looked at the four kings, who were shocked and looked at each other.

The Fairy King replied after thinking for some time, "Is the invasion of the insect race related to the Lake of Fate?" He looked at her, knowing the skill Gabriella used was terrifying, capable of forcefully reading the memories of other creatures.

Gabriella nodded and said, "Based on the information I learned from them, their main goal is not just to devour your life force but to enter the Sea of Fate and create a portal there."

"As for their goals, I don't know," Gabriella said, though she hid some truth. She knew the main goal of the insect race but when she told Dave, he instructed her not to reveal it to them.

She learned that there was a treasure in the Spirit Realm called the Lake of Fate. The Lake of Fate is a treasure for all living beings; entering it teleports them to where their best fate will guide them.

Such a treasure was hidden by the kings from everyone because using the River of Fate slowly devoured the core of the Spirit Realm.

Previously, they could use the Lake of Fate, producing many strong individuals. Their spirit race was at the peak of its strength with many Celestial Immortals who joined the war between the Gods and Demons.

However, their powerhouses died in the battle, and their ancestors forbade using the Lake of Fate after noticing their realm was deteriorating, making it hard to maintain the plane they lived in.

If they continued using the Lake of Fate, the Spirit Realm would slowly turn into a dead plane, unable to sustain any life, becoming uninhabitable.

Their spirit race relies on the force of nature, and having dried land makes them weaker.

Dave told Gabriella not to reveal that she knew their goals because he wanted to test if the four kings would hide it from their savior or tell her about it.

Dave planned to use the Lake of Fate, and even if the four kings rejected him, he would use force to make them agree.

.....

......

The grand hall of the Fairy Clan Castle was a beautiful place.

Crystals sparkled, and green plants decorated the room.

At the center of the hall, a large table was surrounded by the four kings of the Spirit Realm—the Elf King, the Dwarf King, the Druid King, and the Fairy King.

Gabriella, who had helped them win a recent battle, sat beside a handsome man who seemed to command the room with his presence.

This man was Dave. He had an air of power and confidence that made the four kings nervous.

Even the Elf King, who thought his race was the most handsome, felt a bit envious of Dave's looks.

Despite their unease, the kings knew they had to respect Dave, especially since Gabriella, who was strong enough to defeat them all, was loyal to him.

Dave began the meeting calmly. "Thank you for meeting with me. I'm here to talk about the Lake of Fate."

The four kings exchanged worried looks. The Lake of Fate was a sacred treasure, and using it could be risky.

The Elf King, with his elegant features, spoke first. "We appreciate Gabriella's help. But the Lake of Fate is very important to our realm. Using it could damage the core of our plane."

The Dwarf King, sturdy and strong, nodded. "Aye, the lake's power is not something we can take lightly. We must think about the safety of our entire realm."

Dave listened carefully, his face serious. "I understand your worries, but the Lake of Fate is crucial for something I need. I promise I won't harm your realm."

The Druid King, a wise and majestic figure, leaned forward. "Lord Dave, we don't doubt your intentions. But activating the lake could have serious consequences."

"Even the Goddess of Life could not do anything about the deterioration of the Lake of Fate."

The Druid King looked at Dave, and even though he was respectful to him, he didn't believe that Dave could use the Lake of Fate without causing their plane to suffer bad consequences.

After all, even the Goddess of Life, whom they worshipped, had tried to fix it before but failed.

"Hmm, how dare you say that to my master? You cannot comprehend how powerful my master is."

Gabriella snorted as she releases her aura and makes the 4 kings in the table feel scared.

"Gabriella." Dave looked calmly at her and she bowed and retracted her aura.

The Fairy King, with delicate features hiding his inner strength, sighed. "Lord Gabriella, you saved many lives. But the Lake of Fate is connected to our existence. If anything goes wrong, the consequences would be terrible."

Gabriella didn't say any words and let Dave speak.

Dave smiled and understood them, but he was confident that he could get something good there.

He had the Hall of Chaos, which could help those fated ones, but he couldn't guide them to their best fate like the River of Fate.

His intuition was telling him to go there, and there might be a huge surprise.
