Teaming Up [Pt 1]

" What do you say about working with me to take them down?" Talia proposed.

" Ahh!" Taralym blurted. The idea of someone bringing a fight to the aristocrats and the royals was beyond preposterous, it was crazy and laugh-worthy.

" What do you say about dying a terrible death?" She asked, her eyes this time looked cold.

" I'll say no and besides that's a terrible analogy." Talia countered.

" It's the same thing, dear Talia. Perhaps it's too much to ask you to trust someone you just met but no amount of army you build will stand the might of the royals, you'll probably need gods or some of the rumored heroes from the human Kingdoms."

" Why do you think it's preposterous? Are they that strong?"

" Ohh they sure are. I once saw a member of the Synasi cut a mountain into two. Think you can do that?"

 " Maybe I can."
