When we arrived at the entrance of the emergency lounge, the security guard would not let us in and told us to wait outside because Molly will be transferred to the operating room. Her wounds must be bad. Gayle and I are pacing back and forth while waiting for Molly outside. It has already been more than two hours since the operation started.
Gayle and I stopped on our tracks when Sierra got out from the operating room in her light blue scrubs. She removed a mask off her face and rubbed her temples which made me nervous.
"Where are her guardians?" Sierra asked.
Gayle hesitated and turned to me before answering. "They are already on their way here. They came from the country side so it would take time before they arrive,"
Sierra worriedly nodded.
"How is she?" I asked.
