Apocalypse Descends [3]

Loud screaming and begging for help echoed throughout the neighborhood, these people were running with no apparent destination. Trying to flee with all their might just to get away from the creatures, these creatures they were endeavoring to run from where humanoid man eating beings. For short, literal hungry zombies. However, unlike the zombie, Kanzen knew in movies as he never one's encounter one back at the godforsaken land, because no undead exist in that land. These zombies present outside in the streets rampaging and slaughtering all around seemed a bit or entirely different compare to how humans describe them.

Ugly terrifying appearances. Instead of rotten skin, these zombies has a gray stone like and brown bark like skin, and dilated hunger-driven pupils. They also possessed terrifyingly enhanced sharp teethes and strong jaws, and most and foremost at their chest to the supposed position of the heart something is releasing a faint light this strange thing is pulsating.

"That's far quicker than I thought. To think things would escalate this far in just a few minutes." Behind Kanzen a still somewhat unfamiliar enchanted soft voice said.

"You know what's going on?" Kanzen asked.

This time he decided to open up his mouth to this strange fairy to have a proper discussion and to gather a bit of information on what's happening as it seems like this creature knew something. She might be directly or indirectly involved in this matter he didn't know, he could only assume. Because of the fact that she appeared the moment that direct monologue voice telepathic transmission called out. Playing stubborn and unapproachable all the time would only lead him nowhere, for now, information is too crucial. The more information he held, and the clearer it is, the better.

"Eh… You're finally willing to speak with me…" A shock expression appeared on the little fairy's face. Acting excited like she'd found a new toy, she scrutinizes Kanzen from top to bottom. Flapping her two pair of magical wings she immediately closed their distance, she then started flying above his head circling and around.

"Hey, stop the play of being a bug…"

"That's rude of you… How can you call this beauty a bug?" The little fairy complained.

"Then what should I call you?" Kanzen questioned in a serious tone, setting out to lead the conversation to his preferably choice.

"Yeah… about that… " The little fairy stopped circling around, she levitated down gracefully and slowly stood atop the bed. "Let me introduce my self… I am Aisha… your one and only personal fairy guide for the time being." She pointed her hand on her chest then perform a perfect elegant bow.

"Fairy guide?" Kanzen questioned, clearly confused. "Are you here to assist with the strange things going about outside?"

"You mean those corrupted magic zombie, that's not it thinks like that is something beyond my authority." Little Aisha shook her head.

"Then… you're literally a useless guide…" Kanzen said with a straight face.

Being called useless the little Aisha's expression stiffen, she was beyond stupefied "I am not useless… You big idiot, idiot… let me finished my words… you idiot…" Little Aisha pouted, clearly frustrated.

"Stop… I'm listening…" Kanzen stopped her from complaining. "Continue about the guide stuff."

"As you already or might not know, like what I said earlier if you were listening; I am Aisha, your personal fairy guide for the time being." Aisha introduced herself again, this time, however, her playful attitude while still, there it's close to null. "Let me first get straight to the point, while I am literally a guide just like what I've said I am not here to spill out beans about the things that's going on. I can only share bits of pieces." She stopped talking for a second, inhaling a big chunk of air before exhaling it out as she continued. "My, sole and only purpose for being here is to assist you and only you on your rewards and to introduce your revamped power system."

Kanzen was a bit confused at first when he heard little Aisha's reintroduction and revelation. Just from the small exchange they have and introduction he got, he could tell that things doesn't seem as simple as it was.

However, although still, a bit confused, he quickly came to accept reality rather easily. "I see…" Kanzen nodded in acceptance. His expression turned back to being indifferent.

On the other hand, seeing this reaction, the little Aisha was surprised. "You're not surprised by what I just told you?" Aisha asked.

"Just like how you could tell whether one is lying or not, I have my own ways." Kanzen replied.

"That's…"

"Now, now back to the topic… didn't you say you're here to assist me, about that rewards you said and that thing about a revamped power system." He pushed the unnecessary things to the side, to get things straight to the point.

She helplessly nodded. She couldn't help but grit her teeth feeling frustrated and helpless being ignored back to back, she might have not shown it but, Aisha is a prideful person. Being one of the most beautiful woman in existence in this reality, she naturally has her pride. So for a mere human, a lesser mortal at that to not be charm by her beauty, this fact directly hit her pride hard. Even in the higher and upper existence in this reality, non were not charmed by her natural beauty. She admits that the human in front of her is something else, not just that the human is far too handsome for his realm of power. The human also possessed a strange mean she couldn't fathom. Furthermore, the [Origin Limitless Order] itself seems to favor the human. She's also curious about the rewards, achievements and that revamped power system the [Origin Limitless Order] shared. She's curious about the things this human in front of her achieve in the trial of ???, for the [Origin Limitless Order] to favor him too much and to send a Supreme contracted existence just to send a message. Things surely isn't too simple as she thought it was.
