When Kasim returned to the church, he just caught sight of Edward strolling leisurely from the end of the street, relaxed as if on a walk, with a few ill-intentioned shadows trailing far behind him.

"I went to the docks to greet my kin," Edward said indifferently. "Then I took back Black Castle, making preparations for our departure tomorrow, and incidentally looking for some prey..."
