Triumph understood the mission, but he didn't understand the reward of the system which was upgrade in system management, but he couldn't think anymore as he shot the fireball to Prince Alaric, but what happened next shocked Triumph so much that he couldn't think of anything.

When the attack shot to his brother, as soon as it was about to reach him, his brother said;

"Reflector Barrier"

And then that was when Triumph saw horror, the reflector barrier appeared and his power was reflected back at him, as soon as it had hit the barrier, his attack bounced back at him. Triumph had to jump away to avoid it and his attack hit the great courtyard and a huge crater appeared there. Then most of the flowers were burnt.

"Oi Oi, you wouldn't want to kill your brother right?" Prince Alaric smiled evilly at Triumph, and then a huge wind was gathering around his brother's body and then it shot toward him, but two seconds before it hit him, the system sent him a message, which made him pleasantly surprised.

'System cast the spell' Triumph said to the system to the system in his mind.

"Reflector Barrier" Triumph shouted out loud, and his shout caused ridicule to appear in his brother's mind. Why wouldn't he? Prince Alaric thought that Triumph was just trying to boast, because after all, reflector barrier was from his ability; repulsion. So, there was no way that Triumph would be able to cast the skill, because it was from Prince Alaric's ability, so he thought Triumph was just boasting, but what happened next shut his mouth up. A rush of wind congeal into a thick red and black barrier in front of Triumph, unlike his prince Alaric's barrier which was colour yellow, Triumph's own barrier was red and black, but Prince Alaric still didn't give up, he was sure that it was just a normal barrier not his own reflector barrier right? Not the barrier formed from his ability right? But he was proved wrong because as soon as the wind repelled by him hit Triumph's reflector barrier, it was reflected and it flew back to Prince Alaric. Prince Alaric quickly congealed back the reflector barrier, and soon Triumph's attack collided with the reflector barrier and;

BOOOOM!!!

As soon as the wind hit Prince Alaric's reflector barrier, a huge boom shook the courtyard, but Triumph didn't care about it, he was ruthless, so he quickly used the smoke screen created from the attack to teleport behind his brother and unsheathed his sword, although Triumph was a wizard, he still trained his sword, not only his sword he trained all weapons he could find, but his most proficient weapon was a long staff which was at the height of a full grown adult, then he stroked down with his sword, as soon as it was about to collided with his brother, a shield appeared on his brother's body that shielded him from Triumph's attack, it was a defensive roin which the his brother normally carried with him, but Triumph did not care about that, he kept thinking about how weak he was, he never wanted to be weak, he never wanted to give up, he shall never give up. Unknowingly him, his dark energy flowed from the depth of his heart, the shadow on his body swayed and energy started evaporating from his shadow like gas, and when the dark and shadow energy mixed, they flowed to his sword, and his sword was covered with the energy, all those things happened in a split second, and with the energy, Triumph struck down once again and the barrier broke easily like butter, but before it was able to hit his brother, the system spoke.

[Unknown energy has been absorbed by host and his energy has increased, host's mage core has undergone evolution]
