"Genevieve any idea how we can get the information from this trench?" Cody asked me from behind the bars. He tugged up the chains used to bound the prisoner on his wrists and legs to a high wall. To me, this place looked like a torture chamber before it was abandoned, but has now become our torture room to intruders and trespassers.

I stared blankly at the impersonator that looks like Shawn, his features were a bit slack than the real Shawn something I did not notice on time, he came here with an intention to steal Jazlyn's abilities, almost deceiving us at the last minute. If Cody and I hadn't shown up on time god knows what would have happened. Jazlyn was still recovering so it would be hard for her to spot the difference or defend herself if he attacked.
