A night in hell and new mayor
"murders, fires, sexual abuse, robberies, and terrorism, due to the escape from the Arkham asylum our city is suffering through hell" A reporter spoke and cried in the middle of the broadcast..
"Commissioner, please tell me what's going on" the report asks Jim Gordon
"Please all citizens, please stay home, lock the gates, the police are working to arrest all fugitives, please be careful" Jim Gordon says and then enters the police station again
Inside the police station Jim gordon gathers the few police officers who were still there doing office work..
"Tell me how the situation is?" Jim Gordon...
"Commissioner, so far we've managed to arrest 800 fugitives, every police in the city is working" One policeman speaks, he's not lying, even corrupt cops are working, even a gang leader like the penguin who pays bought and bribed more of the the police don't want crazy people around town
"NOT GOOD, Commissar received a complaint, the scarecrow invaded the Gotham hospital and used fear gas, we don't know the number of victims but the whole hospital was hit" A policeman starts screaming
"a hospital is damn he dares attack a hospital" Jim Gordon screams in anger
Jim Gordon picks up his things and goes back to the car to get out again and order the entire capture operation...
