However, Even though Misty Took out a Gyarados, Ignis' confidence didn't wavered and Still chose Gabite To battle in this match. Although Ignis already knew that Gabite is going to lose this battle He still Sent him so that Gabite will Be able to Adjust himself When he Suffered Defeats in the future.

Misty saw this and maybe because She was still angry about Her previous defeat, Misty told Gyarados to Use Hydro pump.

A ferocious Glint Flashed in Gyarados' Eyes as he closed his mouth. Ignis Could see his cheeks Bulging And tried to Get Gabite up.

Right after the Pokémon came out, Misty and the referee Felt A Strong pressure Weigh down on their Shoulders, Almost making them Stoop down.

" Rayquaza, Use Dark pulse "

While misty and the referee was resisting the pressure, Rayquaza Opened his mouth and Launched a Pillar of Dark energy with Rings Swirling around them. Gyarados Saw the impending crisis and didn't wait for his trainer's Orders and immediately used hyper beam.

The Dark pulse and hyper beam clashed but the Very powerful force behind the Dark pulse overwhelmed the Solar Beam. The dark pulse split the hyper beam into two as it continued on rushing towards Gyarados.

Gyarados Tried to power up his solar beam but he was simply unable to Defeat the Dark pulse no matter how hard he tried. Gyarados Tried to dodge by Cancelling the hyper beam before evading to the side but was Shocked to see the dark pulse instantly appeared in front of him.

An explosion occurred as Ignis Recalled Rayquaza after confirming that He won this battle.

Feeling the Pressure vanish, Misty and the referee raised their heads and was stunned To see Gyarados Lying there unconscious. Misty found it hard to believe but still chose to just accept it. She recalled Gyarados and Gave Ignis The Cascade Badge.

" Congratulations, That was a really eye opening battle "

Ignis Placed his mask to his face once again and nodded. He took The Cascade Badge in Misty's hand before Turning around to Leave the gym.
