64 TM - Gravity

Xavier then clicked on TM: Gravity to view its description in the real world:

TM : Gravity

Conditions : Strength - 30 , Constitution - 35 , Mental Energy - 50

Features : 1. Stellar Momentum

- Users gain the ability to manipulate the mass of objects, altering their perceived weight and allowing levitation and controlled flight.

- Can exert controlled forces to attract or repel objects, living or non-living.

- Initially 10 mental energy units per object, rising by 10 units per minute.

2. Trajectory Warp

- Users can modify the paths of projectiles and moving objects by manipulating their gravitational forces.

- Provides the power to redirect enemy attacks, guide thrown objects, or change the trajectory of projectiles mid-flight.

- Consumes 50 Mental Energy per usage.

3. Nova Barrier

- Ability to generate protective barriers by manipulating gravity's pull within a designated area.

- Shields repel or deflect incoming attacks.

- Initially 10 mental energy units per object, rising by 10 units per minute.

********* Conditions not met , cannot be learnt

He then closed the system and decided to enhance his attributes. He spent 750 points to raise his constitution to 35, allocated 200 points to boost his strength to 34, and used the remaining 50 points to increase his intelligence by 1, which resulted in his mental energy reaching 96.

Having met the necessary conditions, he initiated the learning process for Gravity. As he absorbed the information, intense pain surged through him, lasting for five minutes before gradually subsiding. Xavier was left sweating and fatigued, yet satisfied with his acquisition of the Gravity ability.

Eager to test his newfound Gravity skill, Xavier's curiosity led him to experiment within the confines of his room. With unwavering focus, he initiated the Stellar Momentum trait upon himself. Gradually, the sensation of gravity's pull on his body seemed to ease, and he felt a subtle lift that lifted him a few inches above the floor. A gentle excitement coursed through him as he realized he was actually floating – a surreal feeling of weightlessness enveloped him, making the boundaries between ground and air blur.

As he hovered there, suspended by his own mastery of gravity, a profound sense of accomplishment and exhilaration welled up within him.

The room, once so familiar, took on a new perspective from this elevated vantage point. He could hardly believe that he was achieving something that defied the conventional laws of physics.

However, even amidst his excitement, Xavier remained mindful of his mental energy. He saw his mental energy had diminished slightly – now at 76 out of 96 .So , he eased off the Stellar Momentum effect. The sensation of weightlessness gave way to the comforting pull of the floor beneath him, and he gently touched down.

He then decided to give his gravity's another trait a try. Focusing his mind, he directed the power towards a glass bottle resting on the table.

The air seemed to shimmer around the bottle, an unseen forcefield taking shape. This was his Nova Barrier, a manifestation of his ability to wield gravity for protection.

Curiosity piqued, Xavier picked up a pen from the table. With a swift, deliberate motion, he flung it toward the bottle. The pen's path was true, but just before impact, a remarkable occurrence unfolded. The pen rebounded off the shield, falling to the ground.

Xavier then took a step closer to the glass bottle. His intention was to test the effectiveness of his Nova Barrier again. As his hand extended towards the bottle, an unexpected sensation met him – it was as if an invisible barrier blocked his touch.

Perseverance filled him as he exerted more force, trying to breach the protective shield. His attempts escalated to a punch, yet the barrier remained resolute, denying him access to the bottle. A mixture of fascination and satisfaction surged within him – his Nova Barrier was working exactly as intended.

Content with this new addition to his abilities, Xavier's elation was abruptly replaced by realization. He glanced at his mental energy gauge, and a hint of concern crept in – it had dwindled to 36 out of 96. Recognizing the importance of conserving his mental energy, he swiftly deactivated the Nova Barrier, allowing the barrier around the bottle to fade.

While the Nova Barrier trait had impressed him, Xavier's attention shifted to the Trajectory Warp trait. Tomorrow promised a new experiment, and as he wrapped up his exploration for the day, he couldn't help but be excited about the array of possibilities these abilities held.
