Ryan was in his home staring at the Beedrilite in his hand. His pokemon were healed at the PokeCenter at the Viridian City. Both Dreepy and Pikachu are taking rest right now. He also thought about giving Beedrillite to the Alpha Beedrill's daughter he caught.
After contemplating Ryan kept the Beedrillite in a jewelry box and kept it on the shelf shelf. No one knows about Mega evolution currently. If someone knows if he has a item that can evolve a fully grown pokemon again temporarily, he would be an target for everyone including the greedy people in team rocket.
He decided to sell the 3 D rank, 5 C rank and the B rank Beedrill. He decided he will catch some more pokemon before going to Team Rocket Headquarters. Ryan woke up next day at 7 AM and proceeded to go to the Viridian Forest. He thought instead of using his Pokemon he will use his Aura, since He didn't want his pokemon to fight yet. He tried his luck and caught 2 C Rank Butterfree and a C rank Pidgeotto. He then proceeded to go to the PokeCenter to get the pokemon healed. He called out his pokemons and checked their status.

'Pikachu leveled up only twice while Dreepy leveled up 5 times' thought Ryan. 'System do you know the reason why?' Ryan asked the system. *Yes Master. According to my calculations and your theories, leveling up starts to become hard after a certain point just like in the games.
Dreepy and Pikachu leveled up because of the fight with Mega Beedrill which pushed them to their limits. You have to go to a higher level area to level up your pokemons faster.* replied system. 'I see, thank you system.' he said as he thanked the system. 'No problem master' system replied again.
Ryan used psychic energy waves to create an illusion on his so that he could keep his identity a secret. Everyone who sees him will get their mind altered in such way that his face will be of an random person. He went towards the teleportation point of Team Rocket Base in Viridian City and teleported himself to Team Rocket Exchange Center or TREC where you can gain TRC in exchange to pokemon which have good talent.
Team Rocket Exchange Center is located in the near Team Rocket Mission Hall. He opened his eyes to see the familiar sight of Mission Hall. As he made way to the Exchange Center everyone made way for him. For normal members he is an force you should not mess with.
Many people tried to suppress him only to get absolutely destroyed. It became an unspoken rule that no one should mess with Ryan. Ryan went up to the counter in charge of Exchange Center and walked towards it. "What can I do for you" the person asked in a bored voice.
"I would like to exchange the pokemon I captured for TRC" Ryan said emotionlessly. Even though everyone knows he speaks like that, but they couldn't help but shudder. "I-If you have more than t-ten pokemon or an B rank or above pokemon you should deal with boss. He is in charge of high ranking pokemon." he said as a shiver went through his spine.
Ryan spoke "Call your Boss" those three words were enough for pandemonium to ensue. After all its not every time you see a rookie catch a B rank pokemon.
"Please go and sit in room number 3, boss will meet you there" said the member. Ryan sat in the room for 2 minutes before a man came in. He had dark brown skin, well built body, grey eyes, black hair. "So you are the rookie who caught a B rank pokemon. You do know you will be severely punished if you are lying." He said doubting Ryan.
Ryan's face was emotionless. "I have no need to lie for I gain nothing from it." said Ryan coldly. The man froze immediately. 'Those eyes, where have I seen them' He thought. "My name is Ben, remember it if you want to exchange more pokemons in the future." He said. "Now let us take a look at your pokemon".
Soon Brent took the pokeballs and put them in some sort of machine. 'I feel like I have read about that machine' thought Ryan. 'Ah! It is an evaluator. Evaluator are machines which evaluate the talent of a pokemon. Unfortunately it has an 10% error rate, when the evaluated pokemon is high ranked the more likely it is to cause error. Due to this many people sold B rank pokemons as C rank or below.' Ryan explained to himself.
"It seems you were telling the truth. You have 3 D ranks, 5 C ranks, and 1 B rank." He said. "Now shall we negotiate the prices? First the D ranks. There are 3 D rank Beedrills. I can give you 5000 TRC for each of them". "Deal" said Ryan.
Soon they negotiated the price of every C rank pokemon. Ryan was an expert negotiator or some would say Haggler. They soon came to the main part. The B rank Beedrill. "Its a shame it is an Beedrill. I can give you 50,000 TRC." He said. " 100,000" Ryan said.
"Boy are you trying to steal from me?" Ben asked. "It has 4 Egg moves and one of them is Hyper Beam." said Ryan emotionlessly. Knowing that Egg moves are easy to train Ben had to increase the price especially when the Egg Move is Hyper Beam. Its power can double easily when trained. Finally they settled on 80,000 TRC. The Final Prices were:
D rank Beedrills (x3): 15,000 TRC
C rank Butterfree (x2): 20,000 TRC
C rank Beedrill (x2) : 40,000 TRC
C rank Pidgeotto: 30,000 TRC
B rank Beedrill : 80,000 TRC

"Boy you are an expert Haggle- No negotiator. Come again I like a good negotiation." Said Ben. Ryan just nodded emotionlessly and left.
Ben saw the boy leave. Those Blood red ruby eyes. That glow that shown with incredible knowledge. That presence that tells everyone to kneel. Where has he seen those? When has he felt those?. As Ben thought, it clicked him 'Ten Great Deities!'. 'I see you are a person of that Caliber. I look forward to see what you become in future.' thought Ben.
