Chapter 4: Preparation (2)

Grandpa Henry Pov:

Early in the morning I got up to make breakfast to my grandson,

since Noah came to my life it's been the beautiful thing that happened to me.

Being an old man without partner or son is boring but I decided to be alone because of a few reasons.

Seeing that kid welcoming everytime I got home from hunting food, It makes my heart full, When that kid was just a baby Its hard take care of him The first time a bath him I become nervous you know I don't know how to raise a kid it's first time for me too but it's all fun on its own.

When that kid said his first words he said "gwampa" When I heard that I become exited and proud I had no idea raising a kid is tiring and exiting at the same time but it's all worth it.

But I also felt guilty you know the kid barely knows anyone beside me I'm worried about him being unable to make friends on his own.

So when he turned 4 I decided to tour him to the town since there's a festival going to happen there.

seeing his exited face was priceless and I just laughed when I saw him confused of many things, that night we enjoyed everything.

after reminiscing our past I decided to wake up Noah as it's morning already.

When I opened the door I saw the kid sleeping but I also saw a little bump in his side I thought it was just his pillow but I remember he only has two pillow and currently he is using them now .

I got curious I open the blanket and to my surprise it's a Pokemon, a riolu to be exact. seeing that I began to wonder where does this riolu come from.

So I decided to wake up Noah maybe he has an I dea what and where does this riolu come from.

" Hey Noah, Noah wake up " I said shaking the kids shoulder. and Noah Slowly woke up " What is it Grandpa he asked?" he asked.

" Where did that riolu come from? " I Asked him with a curious face.

" Huh riolu? Ahh this riolu. I don't know where it come from but last night it jump from my window and boom I got my starter Pokemon "He said lazily.

" Haaa!! What do you mean "Booom I got starter Pokemon " we don't know where that riolu come from who know maybe it's mother is looking for it." I said with an annoyed tone.

" Don't worry about that he said that he has been alone since birth and has no family and that he felt something in this direction and started to find it until it find me" He said lazily again. But hearing what he said makes my eyes widen.

" What do you mean "he said" can you understand Pokemon language? " I asked with curious tone.

" No I can't understand what he says but I can understand what he feels , There's something like a connection between us I don't really know what is it even riolu doesn't know." Noah said.

Listening to what he said I somehow understand it. but at the same time not.

" Well anyway don't say this to anyone promise me that" I said with a worried tone. Who knew what they will do if someone hear this.

" Yeah yeah I promise." He said while picking riolu in his arms.and start to go to the bathroom to wash his face.

Noah PoV:

In the table me, my grandpa and riolu is eating breakfast while enjoying the food I asked my grandpa if I can train a little." Grandpa can me and riolu train just running around the forest a little?"

" No " he said but I can't give up I used my secret technique.

" Pweeesseee " I said with puppy eyes.

Doing that Grandpa hesitated a little seeing that it works I asked again with a puppy eyes And it's.

Super effective

Grandpa HP : 0

" Sigh ,Yes but I will send my Pokemon to guard you okay" he said with a serious tone.

" Yayyy! you hear that riolu let's train to become the best." I said and riolu just howled happily" Rawwwww"( Yeaaahhhh)

After eating riolu and I got ready and grapa decided to send his Beedrill to guard us. Seeing the Beedrill I decided to analyze it.

It's a strong Beedrill I got amazed seeing that.

" Please take care of us Beedrill" I said and riolu just said " Rio ro"( Please care of us) and Beedrill just pose " Buzz Bzz"( No problem I am here.) [ A/N : Almight? ]

Then i get the Breathing technique I claimed earlier from the system and it's a sound breathing manual, It's good technique and immediately read the manual to try it.

When I began to try it.

At first it hurts like hell my lungs feel like it's about to burst but I keep trying, after a while the pain is still there But it's not that much like earlier and I can somehow deal with it. and so I tried to teach it to riolu but after doing it riolu seems to be fine and did not feel anything, I started to think maybe it's because riolu has a stronger Body than mine.

After that riolu and I tried to run while doing breathing technique.

And After running circles around the forest my Body is drench with sweat if not having Ackerman Bloodline I might pass out but thankfully this Bloodline granted me a strong body and immense Stamina.

The same could be said to riolu as he is down already But still conscious.

" Hey riolu do you want to be the strongest?" I asked him and riolu replied " "Rio"( Yes) " Then let's do our best from now own " I said then I remember an anime that has this sign" Then riolu from now own this will be the sign of our team." I said to him while showing the sign.

Then both of us do the exact the same sign and point our arm up at the Sky.

Then said this words" Brace up Trainers around the world I am coming for you all and when that time comes we will show you that we are the best" I said with a smile we laughed.
