54 Humiliation

You know, as I'm editing this chapter I realize, I never told you guys my source of how I'm doing Aura stuff, Basically I went onto the Superpower Wiki and found Aura Manipulation, I mean the poster boy of it is Mega Lucario. Of course that is a base I am still probably going to add something that isn't part of the wiki itself, check it out if you want there is much more about Aura than I thought.

The two people were Sorrel and Verity, Verity looked like she was about to taunt Sorrel but before she could Sorrel ran up with Lucario.

"Lucario Aura sphere," Sorrel commanded as he did that Lucario charged up a blue sphere and launched it towards the Entei, which hit him and did nothing.

Verity was stunned she didn't get to say anything before snapping out of her Daze, "Hold it! I got here first!" Before pulling out a Pokeball, "Piplup come out and use Bubble Beam!"

Out of the ball came a small blue penguin appeared and started spitting out bubbles and launched them at the Entei which also hit but also did nothing.

Entei didn't even register their attacks so he breathed out shooting an ember with the strength of a Flamethrower at them both Sorrel and Verity did not expect such a strong fire move and tried running off also having their Pokemon follow them, Lucario also took a Knee and tried to protect the three behind him with a barrier, which weakened it until the barrier also cracks and shatters pushing him back.

Meanwhile, Ash was sitting on a rock enjoying his chips as a few random Pokemon sat next to him and also started watching, he gave them some berries which they happily accepted and enjoyed the slaughter.

He was also looking around and scanning the rocks until he saw the Onix, the one that somehow didn't wake up from the literal Roaring, but somehow woke up with some water, he took note of it and looked back at the fight opening another bag of chips baked this time.

Back to the battle, they got up and Verity smirked, "Piplup Hydro pump!"

The penguin got up and Puffed its chest and shot a large amount of water, which Entei dodged by jumping and got in front of the group, 

Verity fell onto her butt and Sorrel got up with Lucario, "Bone Rush" Lucario put his hands together and when they separated a glowing bone appeared which he grabbed held like a staff and dashed to try to get the fire lion-dog.

Entei Simply dodged the barrage of attacks, though the last strike hit him but did nothing to his natural resistance he just retaliated with a swift, stars came out and shot at Lucario and Piplup pushing their path crashing into the Tree near the Onix.

Entei who was bored with the two jumped away at a speed you wouldn't expect from such a large animal. And just as fast as it appeared it disappeared.

Sorrel got up and moved towards Lucario to try and see if he was okay, Verity also got up and turned towards Sorrel to accuse him, "Way to go, because of you he got away."

Sorrel helped Lucario to his feet and pulled out a Pokeball, "You shouldn't blame me for your own incompetence, Lucario only got hurt because he was trying to protect you and Piplup, it's not like you were dealing any real damage," as he said that he returned Lucario to his Pokeball.

"Oh yeah well how about you prove it, right here right now,"

Sorrel looked back at her, "With what Pokemon, in case you haven't realized both our Pokemon are injured from the battle." Verity looked like she was going to say something before she closed her mouth

*Crunch*

Sorrel and Verity heard a crunch that they hadn't before because of the battle, looking over to the origin of the sound they saw Ash sitting there with his legs crossed eating some chips with a bunch of other Pokemon sitting on and around him also eating a snack.

As soon as they turned to him he raised an open hand with a, "Yo".

They both didn't know what to make of what they were seeing until Sorrel spoke up, "You're from the Pokemon center right, how long have you been there?"

"Since the slaughter started, I mean woooo, it was not even a struggle Entei destroyed both of you," Ash said as he got up and dusted himself off.

"Wh-what were you planning on doing, you weren't planning on waiting for us to do all the work then catch Entei after he was weakened!" Verity accused him.

Ash put the bags in his Pocket, "Seriously, If I was, do you really think I would have been sitting in plain sight, please we can't even hurt the thing much less catch it, in case you didn't notice he wasn't actually trying."

"That's ridiculous," Verity argued before turning to Sorrel, "Hey guy you tell him."

"My name is Sorrel, and he has a point he didn't have a single scratch on him and he never actually used a powerful move against us. Anything it used before was like he was dealing with a mild inconvenience."

"Oh we're doing names Ok, I'm Ash how about you," 

"Oh I'm Verity," Verity said before shaking her head, "Wait what do you mean mild inconvenience are you saying we didn't do anything to Entei."

Sorrel, Ash, and Pikachu all nodded in unison, making Verity seem dejected.

"Well I'm sure you probably have something to do, but we should get out of here," Ash said

"Why."

"Well for one it is about to rain," he said when it started sprinkling, " Wow, am I a wizard."

"Ok, but you said for one thing is another?"

"Oh yeah, because that fight of yours woke up the Onix."

"What Onix?" The second, Verity said that the large rock snake got up and stared at them.

Immediately all the Pokemon that were sitting with Ash started running away and Ash yelled back to them, "Traitors"

"Also we should probably run,"

"Agreed" both of them simultaneously said as they started running, as the big rock snake started whipping around and moving through the dirt, also making its tail slap a rock sending two idiots and a cat flying away, never to be seen again, until they do.

Meanwhile, they started sprinting and Ash was just jogging, mainly by using aura to maximize his breathing and movement, Needless to say, he was not tired meanwhile the two next to him started breathing harder.

"So should we keep running or do you want me to take care of it," Ash said, treating this as a game, on purpose.

"What are you going to do?" Sorrel asked.

"Well there are a few things I could do, I could take it down or I could just calm it down I can do anything," Ash said

"Can you try not to hurt it, It doesn't know what it's doing it probably is just tired and angry someone woke it up," Verity said also seemingly like she was ready to slow down as they were moving down into a canyon,

"Alright hold my electric mouse," Ash said as he handed Pikachu to Verity and separated from the two and ran towards Onix by jumping onto a nearby rock waiting for Onix to get closer then jumped on top of it as it passed by and grabbed onto its horn.

Thankful because he hangs out with Brock he knows a lot about calming Onixs down, all he needs to do is pat his horn, he even used some Aura to calm the big snake down, with the constant motion of Ash's hand it started slowing down until it came to a stop, Ash looked at it in the eyes as he was also upside down.

"Hey bud, you good now great don't worry we aren't the ones that woke you up that Pokemon already left," Ash said.

Onix looked at Ash who was on its head and understood, he lowered his head so Ash could get down, which he did with a frontflip, after that Onix noticed the rain and started tunneling into the rocks.

"Alright see you, we should have lunch sometime," Ash yelled into the tunnel before turning back to his two new companions and grabbing his electric mouse back, "Now that we are done with that we should find some shelter, we are too far from the Pokemon center but I saw a cave close to here, we can get there if we run."

He also reached into his bag and pulled out three retractable Umbrellas and threw one to each of them, "Use these or you'll end up getting sick."

Both Sorrel and Verity had questions but they did understand they should get out of the rain before anything else.

So Ash led the way leading the way, specifically going in the direction of Fire Lizard Rock, after running he finally saw a small lizard sitting on the rock with its flame burning softly, Ash acted surprised and immediately stopped and moved towards the fire lizard and covered him with his umbrella.

  "A Charmander, what is one doing all the way out here?" Sorrel asked, going on a knee and examining its sorry state.

  "It doesn't look like it's very happy…" Verity said

Charmander weakly looked at the trio then at the umbrella then back down sadly, until he noticed something and happily got up and ran to a clearing, in the clearing two boys appeared one had orange hair and the other had blue, it was Cross, and Damian but Damian had a bandage on his face and was looking down. Meanwhile Cross had his Lycanroc out.

"One of them must be his trainer," Verity said happily, although Sorrel and Ash were silent, Sorrel because he was wondering why he was left out here, and Ash because he knew what was about to happen.

Charmander ran forward and looked like he was going to Damian, Damian saw him and tried to signal to Charmander to not come closer but it was too late since Cross commanded Lycanroc to slap Charmander away.

"Hey, why did you do that?" Verity asked as Sorrel also came forward, meanwhile, Ash went over to Charmander and covered him with the umbrella.

"What does it matter? It is just a worthless Charmander." Cross said.

"Answer the question."

"Well not that it's any of your business that Charmander belonged to this idiot behind me, so I made him get rid of it, can't believe it was still waiting. What a pathetic disappointment." Cross said.

"What were you thinking, Charmander could have died!" Sorrel yelled at Cross

"So what is the problem? It is just a Pokemon, the only thing that matters is its strength, and that Lizard was weak," Cross said.

Ash was getting annoyed, so he released Bulbasaur and handed him the Umbrella, and pointed to Charmander, which he immediately understood and grabbed the Umbrella in his vines to take care of Charmander.

"Isn't it a Trainer's job to help their Pokemon grow strong?!" Verity yelled at Cross

"Nah. And what do you get for that work anyway?"  Cross said

"You get to become friends!"

"You're too soft. The only thing friendship does is make a Pokemon weak!" Cross said as he started walking past.

"Well then I guess you and Your Pokemon must be weak then" Ash's voice came from behind as he turned around.

"What are you talking about?" Cross said

"Well, if friendship is what makes Pokemon weak then Lycanroc must be weak too, afterall for a Pokemon you got as a gift and trained, you too must have gone through thick and thin."

Cross clenched his fist, "You don't know anything, so shut up."

"Oh but I do Cross," Ash said dropping his name, "You are from Alola and received Rockruff when it was still a newborn and the only other Pokemon you have is Incineroar as your official starter,"

Cross was getting angry as Ash stepped up to him, Ash stood taller than Cross which made him even more mad, it looked like Cross was about to punch Ash, as the fist came Ash grabbed his fist and threw him into the mud while still holding his arm up and put his foot on Cross.

Lycanroc looked like he was about to attack Ash, Ash just gave Pikachu a signal, and Pikachu jumped forward and blocked Lycanroc's claw with an Iron Tail and pushed him back in the mud. 

"Wow a Pokemon attacking a human, you know here in Kanto they take away your Pokemon for that," Ash said with the most menacing sight he could muster.

"Why you, Lycan–" Cross tried to command Lycanroc but Ash stopped him by pulling on his arm.

"Wow, you know when you tried to hit me, self-defense was enabled but trying to get your Pokemon to attack me, what are we going to do with you, your crimes just keep stacking up," Ash said, actually making Cross start sweating.

"You know we have a saying around here, there is no such thing as a weak Pokemon, only weak trainers, now I wonder what that makes you."
