Anticlimactic

The match had ended, Green was almost jumping with her grass frog and Jeanette looked sad but still approached Green and gave her a bow as a thank you for the battle.

Meanwhile, her cheerleaders were pretty much crying but Jeanette didn't pay attention to them, being more annoyed at them than anything else as she walked off the stage.

AJ and Samurai also saw this and both wanted to walk over to her before realising Ash was still standing with them, and seeing the other one had the same idea.

Ash could tell where this was going so he patted their shoulders and gave them a push, "Just go you Simps we can talk later."

AJ and Samurai looked at Ash grateful and then at each other before speed walking while not breaking eye contact with each other.

Ash sighed and looked at the screen to see who was next.

Yellow Vs Dario

Ash was still confused about why Dario was on the ship, sure he was apparently part of a rich family of breeders, but still to come out here, he wasn't even that good of a trainer or breeder his Pokemon spent more time fighting each other than racing.

Ash shook his head and went out looking around for his friends, he eventually found Misty standing alone, which made sense since Yellow was going up and Brock was crying over Jeanette.

"Hey, Misty,"

Misty looked over and saw Ash walking over, "Look who decided to show up, if I didn't know any better I'd say you were avoiding me."

"I am, because I don't want more brain damage," Ash said sending a Jab back at Misty causing physical damage.

"Yeah sorry again I just got excited."

"It's fine, but Yellow is up, I doubt she is going to have trouble, what do you think?"

"I don't know apparently this Dario is some big-shot breeder, at least according to him, but I do hope Yellow wins."

They continued going back and forth when the announcer finally spoke up, "We will now start the next battle, on this side we have Dario the self-proclaimed master Breeder, on the other we have the gentle Yellow, are both challengers ready, let us begin."

Yellow released Dody and Dario sent out Dodrio, Dario immediately started smack talking, "Ha you Bird hasn't even evolved yet This is a waste of my time, but since we have to battle don't lose too fast."

Yellow didn't have too much to say, but looking at both birds there was a clear difference, Dody's heads looked in sync and ready, meanwhile Dodrio's heads looked like they wanted to murder each other.

"Dody Fury Attack!" Dody immediately started rushing forward with both heads ready.

"You even named your Pokemon how pathetic, Dodrio Drill Peck."

Dodrio's middle head's Beak started glowing until the left one bumped into it trying the same, the middle scolded it then the right one started charging, leading to the three heads being distracted.

Dody took this opportunity and started pecking at each head multiple times pushing the larger bird back.

Dario looked shocked, "What are you doing, get yourself together and Tri Attack." The heads started arguing a bit before all three of them shot out different colored orbs shot randomly.

"Dody please Quick Attack to dodge," Dody dashed around each elemental ball then when he got close they sent a combination Pluck on the middle and right head.

Dario was getting a little desperate, "All three of you calm down, Jump Kick."

Since Jump Kick didn't need the heads to decide who does what since the center head controls the body most of the time, Dodrio sent a jumping kick that connected with Dody's body.

"Dody get to the sky just like we practiced!" Yellow commanded, made most people look shocked.

Dody smiled the best way a bird could and did a front flip kick into the middle head and pushed himself off, when it was in the air it flicked its feet quickly kicking the air, which moved so fast that the friction beneath his feet created miniature sonic booms under, an idea she got from Ash, after he Stole it from some other anime that Probably isn't that popular and also probably a short one-shot.

Needless to say, people got stunned, even more when Dody started moving through the air and aiming an Axe-kick.

Dario snapped out of it, "Dodrio get out of there." Dodrio tried moving out of the way but all three heads moved in different directions causing Dodrio to fall on its butt and letting the kick finish it off.

There were cheers as the announcer abound=ced Dody's victory, "Dario send out your final Pokemon."

Dario made a pitiful expression before looking down, "I only have Dodrio."

"Then that disqualified Dario making Yellow the winner."

Yellow celebrated and hugged Dody, meanwhile, Dario walked off the stadium not even giving Yellow a second look.

The next match started randomizing and it revealed the next battle

Misty Vs Melissa

(BTW I am going to flip a coin. In JP Melissa(Yoshiki) was a guy, but in the West Melissa was a girl, so heads boy, tails girl….. Tails, so Melissa is a girl) 

(Also before anyone asks if it was heads I was just going to make Melissa a last name.)

Misty looked at Ash with a sorry look, but Ash just interrupted her, "Yeah, yeah, say hello to Yellow for me," and then Ash walked away.

Ash looked around, Brock was still looking upset but also picked himself up seeing Melissa, and cheered for her, making Misty give him a side eye.

Ash immediately decided to find somewhere else to watch so he went away to sit alone.

Meanwhile, the announcer prepared himself, "Let's all hear it for the next battle, the elegant Misty vs the tomboyish Melissa. Are both challengers ready to let the battle begin?"

Misty sent out Shellder and Melissa sent out Nidorina, Melissa wasn't one for small talk so Misty took the first move.

"Ice beam," a light blue stream of frost came out of the opening in the Clam 

"Nidorina now run Double Kick in the ground then on Shellder," Nidorina bounced up with the force of her first kick dodging the beam, then as she came down the second kick came with a dynamic entry.

"Clamp!" Misty quickly said making the Clam close its shell and trapping Nidorina's foot

"Kick out quickly," as Shellder was squeezing, Nidorina started using Double Kick multiple times with her one leg until eventually Shellder got knocked away.

After she was free Melissa spoke up again, "Now Mud Shot into a Poison sting!" Nidorina shot out multiple globs of mud each shooting into Shellder, when one got into its eye Nidorina started running and stabbed it with its poison horn, poisoning Shellder.

"Shellder don't give up now Icicle Spear," Shellder shot out a Spear of ice that Nidorina couldn't dodge, but due to Skill link, where there was one there were four more Icicle Spears each landing into Nidorina as Shellder took a chip of poison.

"Now Hydro Pump," A large amount of water is shot out from the clam and moved at such a high speed that Nidorina couldn't dodge and got blasted into a Rock unable to battle.

As the announcer was about to call it, Shellder fell over with its cheeks purple from the poison finally falling to the chip damage.

"Double knockout, astounding both competitors may release your next Pokemon, starting with Melissa since Nidorina fainted first."

Melissa returned her Nidorina, and pulled a second Pokeball, and released it revealing Graveler.

Misty almost laughed in joy as she released Starmie.

"Starmie Water Pulse," a water pulse shot into the Graveler dealing x4, but neither Graveler nor Melissa seemed worried.

"Defense curl and rollout," Graveler got into a ball and started rolling with the double base power Rollout getting one hit into Starmie then on the other side it turned around and hit the starfish from the back while still rolling.

"Starmie ice beam the ground then Rapid spin to dodge," Starmie froze the ground with a beam of ice leaving it too slippery for Graveler to turn, then before it got hit Starmie flew off spinning then coming back like a boomerang.

Graveler meanwhile tried to turn or do anything but the ice made it impossible as it ended up crashing on a rock on the field, it didn't take much damage and less from the spinning Starmie. It tried to grab it but Starmie spun out quickly making distance.

Now that Misty had the field advantage redistricting the Rock's moments, now they began to get worried, "Rock Slide."

Graveler punched the rock behind it, causing a shower of boulders to fall upon Starmie, Starmie took damage from the falling rocks but remained resilient as the shower made a small path for Graveler.

"Now Psybeam." Starmie sent out a bunch of random images of shapes and other things that connected with Graveler since it couldn't move, activating the chance to be confused as Graveler started getting dizzy and fell odd the rock it was on.

"Graveler, can you get up," Graveler tried to get to its feet, but a combination of the Ice and the confusion made it slip and hit itself.

"Perfect, now let's finish this, Hydro Pump!" a powerful and big stream of water was shot out from the gem, and since the Graveler couldn't move it landed directly sending it into a rock and then breaking through that same rock from the strength of the water.

The referee called it, "The victor has been decided, what a chilling battle it left me shivering in my boots, but the winner is Misty!" The crowd cheered.

On the screen, the next battle was announced

Ritchie Vs Pete

Ash was sitting down with Squirtle who was warming up its shell by laying in the sun and Bulbasaur enjoying the sun, "Wow talk about anticlimactic, a battle between two cannon fodder, I don't even remember who Pete was, no wait I do it was that one guy who was beat by an untrained Crab."

Ash shook his head eventually seeing Misty and Yellow walk over so he raised his arm, "Yo guys over here congrats on your battle."

When they noticed Ash they walked over, "Thanks but I'm not sure if I should be happy with that battle, Dario's Dodrio didn't fight that well, they battled each other more than me, and he didn't even have another Pokemon." Yellow said

So Ash went over and gave her a pat on the head, "Stop doubting yourself you did great, you even managed to get Dody to fly with a random Idea I gave you that is more than impressive."

"Yeah, that battle was so cool."

Yellow got red with the praise she was getting.

Meanwhile above The announcer spoke up, finally announcing the next battle, "Sorry everyone for the delay that Ice took us a bit to clear but now we are ready, on this side is Ritchie, and on the other is Pete Pebbleman! If both contestants are ready release your Pokemon and begin,"

Ritchie sent out Sparky Pikachu and Pete sent out Shellder.

"Sparky Double Slap," Sparky ran forward with his tail glowing preparing to slap the Clam.

"Shellder quickly withdraw," Shellder went into its protective shell, making the slaps from Pikachu do minimal damage.

"Now Ice beam!" Shellder opened up the shell, charged up a blue beam, and shot it out, Sparky leaned back dodging most of it but still getting frosty in his stomach.

"Brick Break quickly." Sparky balanced himself on his tail and then sent a strong kick into the shell, pushing himself off.

"Clamp," Shellder shook off the attack and went forward to try and trap Sparky.

"Now Thunderbolt!" As Sparky got back up he sent a yellow stream of electricity into the open mouth of the Clam, dealing heavy damage and taking it down.

Pete returned Shellder quickly and released his next Pokemon, "Growlithe go!"

"Sparky Quick attack," Sparky started dashing, quickly moving to the dog and sending a tackle into it.

"Growlithe Ember then run in for a Crunch," Growlithe shot out three separate small balls of fire, Sparky dodged all of them only to get a surprise bite from the side.

"Sparky Thunder Wave," Sparky grabbed the dog that bit him and sent a weak electric shock paralyzing it and making it let go.

"Flame Wheel hurry," Growlithe tried to move but the paralysis slowed it down tremendously, and when it finally started spinning Sparky got ready.

"Let's finish this Thunderbolt," Sparky shot out another bolt of electricity, landing on the paralyzed dog and knocking him out.

"What shocking results, the winner is Ritchie!"
