Giovanni and Ariana were sitting down across from Mr.Silph, on the table was a briefcase with 4 Master Balls in it.

Giovanni gave a big smile, "Thank you for your contribution, it is always a pleasure to do business with you, but I would have appreciated it if we cut out all this resisting,"

Giovanni pointed to the door revealing a pile of knocked-out security guards and Pokemon.

Silph gritted his teeth, "Well how can I stop such an honorable visit, if I had known I would have doubled security."

Giovanni chuckled, "Well I would love to stay and talk some more, but we must get going, I hope you remember our agreement, I would hate for something to happen, don't you agree."

Silph grit his teeth, "Yes sir, everything will be kept between us, as long as our deal stays in place."

"Good, well then we are both busy men I won't keep you any longer," Giovanni said as he patted Silph on the cheek and he walked out with Ariana following behind.

As he left the room he reached to his ear and spoke to the people on the other side, "We received the prize, begin operation black sun."

Mankey was running through the heavily fogged area, he was bruised and beaten after trying to climb the totem pole. But he couldn't run as fast as he wanted due to the weights on his arms and legs.

When he got to a tree he hid behind it and started trying to tear the bands off his feet, but it was too late when he heard the sounds of scraping across wood.

He shakingly looked up and looking down on him was Scyther, before he could do anything Scyther's blade was raised up and started coming down, Mankey could only close his eyes.

Then at the next moment, a voice was heard, "And time." it was Ash's voice, as soon as his voice reached them Scyther stopped his blade as he looked back at Ash.

Ash walked up with a stopwatch in his hand," Alright then, Scyther you did good as always, I'll give you your reward in a second, as for you Mankey, What was that, never in my 68 years have I seen such a performance, do you want to evolve or not."

Mankey was still shaken up but he still managed to nod his head, "M-Mankey!"

"Well then start acting like it, because I haven't failed any of my Pokemon from becoming stronger and I won't start now, you can bet before we're through, somehow I'll make a mon out of you, now drop and give my 100 push-ups."

Mankey instinctively saluted and dropped and started doing push-ups with both hands.

"What does this look like kindergarten, one-handed!" Ash Said putting a whale on Mankey's back

Mankey struggled and put one arm behind his back and started doing his push-ups.

Ash left him to do his pushups and looked over to his Pokemon, they were all training hard especially his newly evolved Pidgeot, who was salty he only got one opponent, meanwhile, Fearow didn't forget to gloat.

[Well sorry I wasn't fully evolved unlike you, but now I'm stronger]

[Oh sorry number 5, don't talk to your superiors that way.]

[Wha- why am I number 5!?]

[Well there's me, then Charizard, then Scyther, then Beedrill, then there's you.]

[I am not weaker than a Beedrill!!]

[Oh yeah wanna go, I don't care if you just evolved, I can beat you any day of the week!]

[You know what, fine let's do this, but you know one thing]

Speaking of which both of his birds have been growing, Fearow grew to a whopping 6 '10 feet tall, meanwhile, Pidgeot was around 4' 11 when he first evolved but now he is at a proud 7 '1, and that's without mega evolution.

Clefairy was sitting on a log eating a cupcake while puting gravity on everyone's training except for Gyarados since he was busy with *Cough**Cough* stuff.

Pikachu specifically continued working on learning a counter shield, he already has the basic gist of igniting his body in electricity to start it, he just needs to practice actually forming a thing with it.

But as for now that wasn't his main concern, it was his two Pokemon Scyther and Nidorino who were sitting in front of him.

Ash sat across from them and looked at them seriously, "You two have been putting in more effort than anyone else, and it might be time."

He looked towards Nidorino, "Do you think you're ready, have you done what you wanted to do,"

Nidorino looked at Ash directly in the eyes and nodded, "Nido"

Ash nodded and looked at Scyther and pulled out a familiar silver tube, "This is very important, I'm sure you also have an idea of what this is for,"

Scyther nodded.

"I will tell you this, if you take this you won't necessarily become stronger, but you will become more specialized, and lose your main weakness, but also you will need to start over your fighting style will almost completely be changed, not entirely but enough to warrant extra training."

Scyther was almost sweating looking at the metal in Ash's hand.

"Of course, you can choose to not evolve, and nothing will change. However there is a third option but I can't promise you I'll be able to get it nor that you will like it, so what is your choice?" Ash said.

Scyther looked down and stared at his blades, Ash had shown him what he could evolve into, and potentially what lied beyond, the idea was fascinating to him but at the same time, he didn't want to jump to conclusions.

Scyther stayed there and crossed his arms to think, he stayed there for a full 10 minutes just thinking, the whole time Ash and Nidorino never left.

Eventually, Scyther opened his eyes and looked at Ash and nodded as well, "Scy!"

As soon as he got the ok, Ash grew a smile and raised his ring that spun on its own, and landed on the moon symbol, he then held his right hand with the ring to Nidorino, and his left holding a metal coat to Scyther.

They both looked at each other and nodded before both placing their hands onto Ash's, causing both of them to erupt into light.

On the left stood a 6 '0 feet tall, red and metallic body with large crab-like hands, on the back where the wings stood proudly covered by a new exoskeleton, revealing Scizor.

On his right stood a large imposing 8-foot-tall monster, with a purple body and a large horn and armored body, revealing a large Nidoking. And he was still young and had room to grow.

Ash nodded in satisfaction as the two started admiring their new strength, meanwhile, Ash'd dex rang.

Ash whistles seeing Nidoking specifically, 'Wow, those boosts are going to be fun to abuse, but for now I guess they need to train to get used to their new bodies.'

But as he was thinking that he felt a tug on his shirt, looking at it he saw Mankey looking evilly at Scizor, he heard about what Ash said about Scizor losing his old fighting style and having to start from scratch, so he decided to sacrifice himself for his new friend, and totally not fueled by anything else.

Ash could see right through him, as did literally everyone else, but Ash looked at Scizor who agreed to the battle.

Ash sighed and went to Mankey and removed the weights, making Mankey feel immediate relief finally and energy.

Mankey jumped to one side as Scizor walked to the other as he was still looking at his new claws.

"Ok this is a quick battle, Scizor you may have a new body but no big boy moves, you aren't used to them yet," Ash said rather ominously before raising his arm, "Other than that, begin."

Mankey ran forward and immediately jumped with his fist glowing red aiming to land a quick hit onto Scizor, Scizor simply took a step to the left dodging it, and gave him a backhanded Knock Off hit.

Mankey stumbled and with more anger jumped back to try and hit Scizor, then again, and again, and again. Each time Scizor took one step and dodged the useless attacks.

When Scizor jumped back suddenly he disappeared from Mankey's vision, only for him to reappear in front of him delivering a strong punch strength in his stomach.

Mankey was sent spiraling back but still got back to his feet, then he started charging again and went for a brick break to Scizor's head, which he dodged, but that made Mankey grin with his lack of a mouth.

His tail went around Scizor's claw and let him swing back to deliver a low kick making Scizor fall and take a good amount of damage thanks to how heavy he was.

Mankey didn't let the opportunity go to waste, he came back with his fist glowing red again aiming to hit Scizor while he was down, Scizor however decided to take things a little more seriously.

As Mankey's fist came down, Scizor blocked it with his claw, making Mankey surprised, and immediately regretted his action.

Scizor moved his fists down and delivered a stab, Technician Bullet Punch, that also managed to crit.

Needless to say, Mankey was shot back so fast that he slammed into a tree and broke it making it fall over him.

Just as the match was about to be called and everyone was about to go help Mankey, the tree started shaking and moving and a light came out, for you see with the crit came Mankey's ability Anger Point, which instantly put him at +6 and made him extremely angry.

Standing there holding the tree with pure anger in his eyes was Primeape. Making Ash check his dex again.

Primeape didn't give anyone a chance to think, he threw the tree at Scizor like a lance, Scizor raised his claw something similar to a purple blade appeared, he used it to slice the tree in half, but when he looked back Primeape was gone.

Before he could look around Primeape appeared next to him with his fist glowing red and delivering a punch that also released green energy that went back into Primeape.

Scizor tanked the hit but still took damage, he then charged up his energy blade from his claw and slashed into Primeape's side, making him slide back but still stayed close as he jumped in to try another reckless attack.

This time Primeape's fist was covered by dark shadow as he used a shadow punch to sawk Scizor square in the face, it seemed like the longer this went on the stronger Primeape would become.

Before Scizor could get back up he was greeted by a kick to the stomach making him go into the sky and forcing him to use his wings to get back on the ground, where Primeape was already running for another attack.

Scizor however saw this one coming and dodged to the left as he clamped onto Primeape's arm and threw him into the ground.

Even after all that punishment Primeape still started getting back up, so before he could attack again Scizor rushed forward and started hitting him with multiple Bullet Punches, 

It took a good 5 seconds of non-stop punching before Primeape's legs gave up on him and he fell, but even after all that Primeape was still willing to get up, but his body wasn't, so he was just an angry ball that couldn't move.

So Ash called it, "And Scizor wins, but my goodness that was closer than I thought, good work both of you but Primeape stop screaming,"

Primeape: "PPPPRRRRRRIIIIMMMMAAAPPPEE!!!(⁠ಠ⁠益⁠ಠ⁠)⁠"

"Ok back to your ball," Ash said as he returned the angry monkey, and everyone else since it was about time he went back,

Ash grabbed Pikachu and Clefairy one under each arm and started making his way back into town, on his way passing for some snacks.

{At the league headquarters}

Candela and Blanche were hanging out in a room, Blanche was getting some work done on a computer, and Candela was playing with a newly hatched Vulpix.

Then suddenly Spark burst through the door holding some food, "TIME TO EAT!!" 

Candela sighed and thought to herself, 'And at exactly lunchtime.'

Meanwhile, Blanche remained undisturbed as if Spark never entered.

Spark walked over to Blanche and took a fork with some meat close to Blanche's mouth, "Here~"

Blanche just opened their mouth and accepted the food since they were too busy to care.

Candela chuckled looking at her two friends, "You know Blanche didn't eat yet?"

"Yep, Blanche never eats without us so I made something Balanced and delicious, so we can all grow strong and healthy," Spark said with a contagious smile that almost made the room shine.

Candela sighed, 'He treats Blanche like one of his Pokemon eggs, honestly what am I going to do with these two.'

Then suddenly Candela got a call from her phone when she looked at who it was from she was shocked to see it was her old friend, Arlo, she Hadn't seen him since she became the leader of Team Valor.

Candela reminisced about the times both Arlo and her trained together with their respective Scyther and Ponyta.

"Hey guys I gotta take this," Candela said before walking to another room, meanwhile Spark waved her off like she was leaving on a ship.

When Candela arrived in the other room she took a breath and answered the call, only to reveal a video of Arlo tied to a chair beaten and bruised with what appeared to be blood running down his mouth.

From outside the frame, a deep muscular voice spoke, "Rise and shine computer boy, it's your girlfriend, isn't it a little rude to ignore her."

Arlo's face which was hidden while him looking down immediately sprang up showing a shocked expression, only then did Candela see his glasses were also broken.

"Candela, no, no, Candela don't-" Arlo tried to say before he was cut off by a punch to the face.

Then a feminine voice spoke up, "Shut up kid, we are doing the talking here, now where we Team Valor leader Candela."

Candela gritted her teeth she was about to call someone but suddenly the voice spoke up, "I wouldn't do that if I were you, this call is encrypted and your little boy toy is here with us."

Candela looked back at the screen which had a hand holding Arlo's face, "Let my friend go, you know me so you should know what I can do to you alone, much less with the others."

"Well isn't that nice, you think you're in control here," the male voice said again, "What do you say, buddy, what do you think?"

Arlo was breathing heavily and seemed to spit something out, "I think you're a senile old ma-" but he was interrupted by a punch that sent him falling down.

"I'm not old you brat!" the voice said as Arlo went off-screen for a bit, but he eventually came back onto frame with a new bruise on his face.

"Arlo!" Candela shouted before gritting her teeth, "What do you all want, name your price and a place." 

Then laughing came from off-screen, "Oh no, we don't want anything, not yet at least, you see we like this boy toy of yours, so we are going to keep him for a bit, oh and if you tell anyone about this well I'm sure you can guess what we'll do."

Arlo seemed to break free from the hand, "Candela there after-" but was put off by another slap.

"Quiet kid, anyway where are we, oh yes, be ready because soon you will receive some coordinates, so you better come alone, or else."

Then the hand grabbed Arlo's face and in a bad impression of him said, "Noooo, don't do anything bad to me, pweeess.'' Then the call hung up.

Candela was left there stunned at the situation, her best friend was taken by someone she didn't know and she couldn't do anything about it, she had to sit down and think.

Meanwhile, the happy sounds of Spark filled the room, just making everything even more ominous.
