New life! [3]

Colson now, after saying his final wish can feel his consciousness start to fade. His eyes if he even had those started to drift away, slowly losing its light as the light known as Colson disappears. Soon after waking up into a body of a toddler.

"What where am I?" I say droopily, scratching my eyes with my small fingers, wait, why are hands so small!?

Waking up in the body of a two year old is not a nice experience but probably better than being birthed out of my new mum or living boringly as a baby for the first two years of my life.

So I escaped a real problem there by God, letting me reincarnate into my new body at the age of two.

But it still feels uncomfortable not having full coordination of my body.

Oh well that will improve with time as I have to train with my aura when im older.

Closing my eyes, I start to remember the general information I know.

'Im currenty 72 months old which is two years old as a year in this world "Geo" is 36 months, well I will be two in the morning when everyone wakes up.

My name is Colson Green and I have a twin sister called Lily Green and it will be my birthday in the morning. My parents names are Amanda Green and Alex Green.

My twin and I both have a dark shade of green hair, while my mother has light green hair, while my dad has black hair.

anyways, moving on to my parents

My mother is a grass-type specialist, and an ex-gym leader of the grass gym in the Kanto gym. Her team consists of Exeggutor, Abomasnow, Rosarade, Sceptile, Tropius and her signature Pokemon Venasaur.

While my dad is a dark type specialist, he recently retired as gym leader from the Galar region, letting Piers his apprentice take his place.

Dad's ace Pokemon was a cool team consisting of Tyranitar, Weavile, Honchkrow, Krookodile, Umbreon and his signature Pokemon Hydreigon. Sometimes I was able to see it on TV watching some of dads replays from his gym battling days.

Both dad and mum met up when the Galar and the Alliance met up, and ever since they hit it off now leading up to this point in time.

As from what I asked I was born in Pallet Town and seem to be the same age and Gary Blue Oak. With my memories I confirmed Blue and Red existed, which was weird.

If Gary had Blue as a middle name, that meant that Blue wasn't the previous Kanto's Champions name. Red and Blue both disappeared mysteriously, making headlines and making lots of people wonder where they are.

My family are very well off being both previous gym leaders making them extremely rich baby! We currently live in a small looking mansion with a more modern look.

Living in Pallet basically means your family is either rich or very influential, as being able to live in Pallet Town means guaranteed safety.

No one, I mean, no one wants to piss off Proffessor Oak. It's like a taboo to do so.

Back in his younger days he would tare and destroy anyone on his way to becoming the champion leaving the ones in his dust bloodied and downed. Of course, now it's very toned down. He's just a friendly old and caring uncle type now that wants to research all types of things about Pokemon.

The only thing about levels in this world I have knowledge on is:

Baby Pokemon (0-5)

Junior Tier (5-20)

Which isn't a lot, considering it's only two tiers of the climb of power, but with limited knowledge there's nothing I can do unless I ask which I can't right now.

In this world there are things like Pokemon tides where a huge amount of Pokemon are in a group together just randomly going forward and hitting anything in its vicinity. It's a very dangerous thing that is the reason for most deaths for humans to Pokemon.

Tides can wipe out, small towns or settlements and maybe a city if under prepared.

Also, did I mention that the mortality rate against Pokemon is 70% above any other way of dying in this world? Meaning that Pokemon aren't just your everyday lets have a chat thing. These are dangerous creatures with no sapience.

Pokemon in this world function a little weirdly. Almost all wild Pokemon have no sapience unless previously caught or has an extremely strong parent. This means that a Pokemon only gains sapience when a Pokemon is caught and bonded with, which makes a bond.

This can go further with Pokemon like your ace making a blood bond making your connection and trust even stronger (Hinting to mega-evolution).

In this world you still become a trainer at the tender age of 10 in Geo years, but in Earth years you would be 30! Aging is a little different in this world, I don't have much info on it, but a person can still look in their 20s at the age of 70, which is extremely weird.

There's this program I plan on joining while taking Trainer school called the Youngster Program, hah call me Youngster Colson, now peasants! This program can be taken at the age of 7-9. This allows a young person to legally own a Battling Pokemon to battle with.

This restricts you a lot though, not letting you leave your town to wonder off too far off the guarded areas of the town, unless being escorted by a real trainer or their guardians. This in the long run will help me get battling experience and train my first ever Pokemon!'

Before I should do anything, though, I better get some shut eye and wake up to my birthday today. I think to myself, now drifting off to sleep, wondering if this is all just a dream.
