Retrieving Gabite after healing the poor guy, I silently make my way back to my house as I think to myself on how to improve my aura as it's something extremely useful but unexplored for me.

'Maybe I could buy some aura manuals from rota or something.' I snicker to myself

Making my way home, I started to think of all the various ways I could apply aura to my Pokemon and myself.

Some obvious methods include strengthening myself physically and letting myself use some attacks like aura sphere.

[A/N: If you got any ideas on how the MC could apply aura in different ways, type it here because I'm actually curious as I have a bad imagination.]

Cynthia's Riolu, now Lucario, used aura to boost its physical training a bit. This in turn helps Lucario's training speed up and become more efficient, Of course my Pokemon are already extremely strong because of their training but being able to stack another training method on top of their training would be amazing.

I still don't have any secret techniques that my parents or Professor Oak use to train their Pokemon.

Like how both of my "starters" apparently have electricity running through their veins makes no sense at all.

I'm 90% sure that Bulbasaur can't even learn an electric type move anyways, so Professor Oak pumping electricity through a plant is revolutionary enough!

Dad did tell me he would give me a few techniques to teach to my Pokemon like my Growlithe, but they can only be taught at a higher level as a weak Pokemon without the proper strong body cannot handle the stress something my dad does to his Pokemon.

It makes sense because a weaker Pokemon obviously has a weaker body, but it still doesn't take away the fact that I'm salty.

Speaking about Growlithe though, I think he and my other Pokemon have waited long enough. I've collected some evolution stones over the years and I've only found a few high grade ones.

Out of all the high grade stones, the only one I was able to get was an A- Dusk stone which unfortunately for me no one on my team could use.

I still have a C- grade Fire Stone and a B grade Moon Stone.

Don't get me wrong though, a C and B grade evolution stone is amazing enough as the demand for high grade stones is a lot. It's extremely rare to find one anyways, one could only dream about getting an A grade evolution stone.

A stone does depict how strong a Pokemon's base final evolution will be, but it wouldn't really matter as another Pokemon with a weaker evolution stone could catch up with enough time and training.

With the power of money though, almost anything is buyable. I don't want that money doesn't buy happiness crap here as if I was poor, the one thing that would make me happy is to get money to live the way I want, then get a girl as I wouldn't be homeless.

I almost forgot one more thing.

An item I just bought before coming over to Unova has finally arrived.

A Metal Coat, but not just any metal coat. It has diamonds and crystals embedded in it!

If you don't know what it is, it's a man made item used to evolve specific Pokemon and in this case it will be used to evolve Crystal Onix. I'm still not sure if it would work, so I didn't spend as much as I would have on this item if it was guaranteed that it would actually respond to Crystal Onix.

Trading Pokemon to evolve them actually works, but it's also possible for a Pokemon to just be transferred from one person to another for the evolution to work.

Some of the requirements include the Pokemon being strong enough and having saved enough energy to go through a metamorphasis. It's also possible for a Pokemon like Haunter to evolve naturally, but it has never been seen before so no one knows how it's possible.

Entering my house I start to take some items out of my Pocket Dimension, preparing to evolve two of my Pokemon tonight.

One being Growlithe while the other being Clefairy, as much as I would like to keep Clefairy the same. I want her to be able to get gravity as her signature move to be able to make gravity training for the other Pokemon more effective than it already is.

This in terms will also give her more time to adjust to her new body and adapt to future battles or situations accordingly. This also applies to Growlithe as he is also on the verge of being the strongest a Growlithe can possibly be without perfect stats and secret techniques.

Growlithe, I begrudgingly have to admit is my favourite battler and I have used him to battle trainers the most besides battling gym leaders as fire isn't the best type for the starting gyms in this region.

I mean a loyal fire dog that destroys your opponents.

Who wouldn't want that?

That's sick af.

Now in the huge backyard of my villa, I send Growlithe and Clefairy together.

"Growlithe!"

The fire dog growls confused as there isn't any opponent to bea- battle.

"Clefairy!"

The always cheerful kirb- I mean Clefairy shouts in delight at being called out.

Seeing their reactions I start to giggle as I pull out two stones in front of them. Both of them for some reason slowly walking forward in a trance state, get in front of their respective stone without blinking and tap it.

Clefairy with its finger tip and Growlithe with his nose.

The both of them touching their stones at the same time, cause two bright lights to emerge form their bodies making me turn around while closing my eyes in pain.

'Never am I evolving a Pokemon infront of my eyes again damnit!'

I scream in my head as I feel the two evolution stones disintegrate in my hands.
