Potential Ratings:
1 star - Normal learning speed, and so on
2 star - 2 times better than 1 star
3 star - 2 times better than 2 star
4 star - 3 times better than 3 star
5 star - 5 times better than 4 star
6 star - 2 times better than 5 star. This potential is exclusive to shiny pokemon only.

Trainer Rating:
Beginner - 1 to 3 gym emblems
Intermediate - 4 to 5 gym emblems
Advance - 6 to 7 gym emblems
Grand - 8 gym emblems

Moves Mastery Levels:
Mastered level. Makes move be executed faster, and has stronger effects than it's normally executed.
Perfected level. Makes move be faster in execution compared to the mastered level, and it can be used with another move at the same time. The move are also enhanced making it have better effects compared to the mastered level.

Pokemon Power Levels:
The infant level are pokemon which are newly born, and are very weak. The 1st tier are weak can only handle pokemon similar to caterpies while the 3rd stage are capable of fighting metapods.
The beginner level are pokemon which have the strength of an average beedrill. At the first tier they can fight beedrills easily while the third tier is when they can fight evenly with a snorlax. Your pokemon are at this level, and close to the 2nd tier.
At the intermediate level, pokemon in this category are mostly fully evolved already except for those very few talented pokemon. They'll also atleast have one move at the perfected mastery level when one reaches the 3rd tier.

Note: Power levels are the dividing line how strong a pokemon is. Having higher potential doesn't mean the pokemon is strong, power level dictates the pokemon's overall strength. EX: A Weedle has a 5 star potential with a power level of infant level (1st tier) while a Metapod has a 2 star potential with a power level of infant level (2nd tier). That means the Metapod will win even if the Weedle has higher potential.
