Chapter 83: The Indigo Plateau Finals Part 1: Mew Vs Gary

(The final battle of the Pokemon Indigo Plateau League is now beginning.)

(The final trainers who will be battling are Mew and Gary.)

(Gary has called out Nidoqueen for his first battle.)

(And to everyone, especially Mew's friends' surprise.)

(Mew has called out her papa, Zeraora to be her battle companion for the first match.)

(The announcer says.)

The announcer: "Alright everyone, Gary has chosen Nidoqueen for his Pokrmon while Mew is using a rare Pokemon called Zeraroa. This will be the first Pokemon they use for the finals of the Pokemon Indigo League. Two trainers from Pallet Town and on their first time in the Pokemon League have reached the finals with spectacular battles they've performed. Who will win the League and become champion."

(As the announcer states out the battle.)

(many trainers of different kinds are watching the finals.)

(Even many friends, and other trainers Mew and her friends have met on their journey.)

(All the gym leaders are watching from their separate gyms.)

(The Elite Four are watching in the same room.)

(Gisele and her classmates are watching from Pokemon Tech School.)

(and so many other trainers and friends are seeing the finals.)

(Many of them are watching because Mew is going to be at the finals.)

(At the battlefield, Mew with her papa, Zeraora, and Gary along with his Nidoqueen are ready to battle.)

(The referee holds the flags in the air and shouts.)

The referee: "Let the battle begin!"

Mew: "Alright, let's go Papa!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Zeraora roars and begins to charge.)

(Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Go Nidoqueen!"

(Nidoqueen then charges as well.)

(Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Alright Nidoqueen, let's start with your Mud-Shot Attack!"

(Nidoqueen then performs Mud-shot at Zeraora.)

(Mew calls out.)

Mew; "Papa, dodge and use Close Combat!"

(Zeraora quickly dodges the attack and performs Close Combat at Nidoqueen.)

Gary: "Nidoqueen, use Dynamic Punch!"

(Gary calls out.)

(Nidoqueen then uses Dynamic Punch and is able to push Zeraora back.)

(but is still in a standing position.)

Mew: "You alright, papa?"

(Mew asks.)

(Zeraora growls in reply with a nod.)

Mew: "Alright, now use Brick Break!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Then Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Nidoqueen, use Break Break as well!"

(With both Pokemon charging at each other.)

(and beginning to use Brick break at each other.)

(There are a few hits and misses between them.)

Gary: "Now use Bulldoze!"

(Gary calls out.)

(Nidoqueen then uses Bulldoze and it pushes Zeraora back.)

(Then Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Papa, use Agility!"

(With that, Zeraora begins to use Agility to get some speed on the battlefield.)

(Nidoqueen tries to attack Zeraora.)

(but the electric Pokemon is too fast and is able to dodge it.)

(Gary thinks.)

Gary [in mind]: "Zeraora is fast, but I know to slow him down."

(Then calls out.)

Gary: "Nidoqueen, use Earth Power!"

(Nidoqueen then causes Earth Power by slamming its fist to the ground and causing cracks on the ground.)

Mew: "Papa! Look out!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Seeing the Earth Power Attack, Zeraora uses his agility to dodge the attack as it spreads across the field.)

(Then jumps into the air and over Nidoqueen.)

Mew: "Now, use Close Combat!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Zeraora then begins to throw multiple Close Combats without giving the other side to attack.)

Mew: "Papa, use Thunder Punch!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Zeraora creates electric fists in its paws and throws a hard and yet very powerful punch at Nidoqueen.)

(Nidoqueen is pushed back and slams to the wall.)

(Gary turns in shock to see Nidoqueen has been slammed to the wall and is knocked out.)

(The referee sees it.)

The referee: "Nidoqueen is unable to battle, which means Zeraora is the victor."

(The screen shows Gary has one pokemon defeated and has only five left.)

(And next to the picture, it shows Mew still has her six Pokemon.)

(Everyone claps and cheers with excitement.)

(Mew happily says.)

Mew: "You were great papa."

(Zeraora growls with a calm smile.)

(Gary calmly smiles and returns his Pokemon.)

Gary: "Nidoqueen returns."

(Soon, the Pokemon is in his Pokeball.)

(Then turns to Mew.)

Gary: "Have to admit, your papa is strong. Course, I never expect less from the Master and protector of the forest of Pallet Town."

Mew: "Yeah. Papa is really amazing, and the best father too."

(Mew happily says.)

(Then Mew calls back.)

Mew: "Okay papa, you can take a break now."

(Zeraora calmly nods his head and returns back to Mew's side.)

(Gary brings out his Pokeball.)

Gary: "Now then, it's time to be serious. Go Arcanine!"

(With that, Arcanine comes out of its Pokeball.)

Mew: "Alright then. Go Squirtle!"

(Mew calls out and throws her Pokeball.)

(With that, Squirtle comes out of his Pokeball.)

(The announcer says.)

The announcer: "Gary has chosen Arcanine for his second Pokemon and Mew is going with Squirtle!"

Gary: "Alright Arcanine, go!"

(Gary calls out.)

Mew: "Let's go Squirtle!"

(Mew calls out.)

(With that, Squirtle and Arcanine begin to charge to begin the attack.)

Mew: "Alright Squirtle, use Water Gun!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Squirtle then begins to use Water Gun attack.)

(and is able to hit Arcanine, but doesn't have much effect.)

(Arcanine continues to charge as Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Arcanine, use Headbutt!"

(Arcanine charges and ends up using headbutt on Squirtle.)

(and causes it to hit the ground.)

Mew: "Squirtle, you okay?"

(Mew asks.)

(Squirtle is able to stand and shake it off.)

Mew: "Alright, Squirtle, use Rapid Spin!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Squirtle then begins to use Rapid Spin and is able to strike at Arcanine and continues.)

(Then Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Squirtle, use Water Gun."

(Squirtle then begins to use Water Gun.)

(while still in the shell and sprays water all over.)

The announcer: "What an impressive combination attack."

(The announcer says.)

(Just then, Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Arcanine, use Iron Tail!"

(Arcanine then uses Iron Tail and is able to strike at Squirtle with full force.)

(and slams Squirtle to the ground.)

Mew: "Squirtle!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Squirtle is able to come out of his shell.)

(but Squirtle has been knocked out by the attack.)

(The referee calls it.)

The referee: "Squirtle is unable to battle, Arcanine is the victor."

(Soon the screen shows that Mew has lost one Pokemon and has five remaining.)

(And is tied with Gary.)

The announcer: "What an outstanding counter attack! Arcanine delivers a hard Iron Tail that knocks Squirtle out!"

(The announcer says.)

Mew: "Return Squirtle,"

(Mew says, returning Squirtle to his Pokeball.)

(Then look at it.)

Mew: "You did your best."

(Then Mew turns to Pikachu.)

Mew: "Alright Pikachu, you're up!"

(Pikachu answers.)

Pikachu: "Pika Pika!" (You got it!)

(Pikachu then gets into the battlefield for his turn.)

(Gary decides to keep Arcanine on.)

(On the battlefield, the battle is about to begin.)

(Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Arcanine, use Flamethrower!"

(Arcanine uses a Flamethrower to strike at Pikachu.)

Mew: "Pikachu, use agility!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Pikachu then uses Agility to dodge the attack.)

Gary: "Extreme Speed!"

(Gary calls out.)

(Arcanine then begins to use Extreme Speed to speed at Pikachu and strikes at it.)

(Pikachu skids to the ground, but is still able to stand.)

(Then Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Arcanine, use Iron Tail!"

(Arcanine then begins to use Iron Tail.)

(Then Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Pikachu, use Iron Tail too!"

(Pikachu then jumps up and uses Iron Tail too.)

(Soon, the two Iron Tails collide with one another.)

(Pikachu is able to push Arcanine away with his Iron Tail.)

(Then Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Pikachu, use Thunderbolt!"

(Pikachu then uses Thunderbolt and is able to electrically shock Arcanine.)

Mew: "Now then, time to give it a Thunder Punch!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Pikachu then creates electricity that travels into its paws.)

(Then clutches it's right paw into a fist and performs a Thunder Punch.)

(that strikes Arcanine in the face, and pushes Arcanine and has it fall to the ground.)

Gary: "Arcanine!"

(Gary calls out.)

(The referee looks to see that Arcanine has been knocked out.)

(The referee calls out.)

The referee: "Arcanine is unable to battle. Pikachu wins."

(Soon, the screen shows Gary has lost another Pokemon and still has four.)

(At the same time, Mew still has her five Pokemon.)

(Gary calls back his Pokemon.)

Gary: "Return."

(and Arcanine is back in its Pokeball.)

(He brings out another and calls out.)

Gary: "Go Scyther!"

(With that, Scyther comes out of its Pokeball.)

(Pikachu remains on the battlefield and is ready to battle.)

Mew: "Alright Pikachu, let's go,"

(Mew calls out, and Pikachu charges.)

(Then Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Alright Scyther, let's go!"

(With that, both Pokemon begin to charge and ready to attack.)

(Scyther tries to attack Pikachu with it's scythe-like arms.)

(but Pikachu quickly dodge the attack.)

(Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Pikachu, use Iron Tail."

(Pikachu begins to use Iron Tail to deflect Scyther's attack.)

(Then Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Scyther, use X-Scissors!"

(Scyther then performs X-Scissors and strikes at Pikachu with full force.)

(Then Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Now, use Air Slash!"

(Scyther then performs Air Slash and strikes at Pikachu.)

(Making Pikachu fall to the ground.)

Mew: "Pikachu are you alright?"

(Mew asks.)

(Pikachu stands and is able to shake off the pain.)

(Then position himself to battle.)

(Mew then says.)

Mew: "Alright Pikachu, Quick Attack!"

(Pikachu then begins to use Quick Attack.)

(Then Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Scyther, use Fury Cutter!"

(Scyther then begins to use the attack to try attacking Pikachu.)

(but Pikachu is able to dodge the attack multiple times.)

(When the last attack blows, Pikachu ends up getting hit on the side and falls to the ground.)

Gary: "Now use Wing Attack!"

(Gary calls out.)

(Scyther then charges for another attack.)

(and strikes at Pikachu with a Wing Attack and falls to the ground.)

Mew: "Pikachu, can you still fight?"

(Mew asks.)

(Pikachu struggles to get up, but is still standing.)

Gary: "Now use Wing Attack once more!"

(Gary calls out.)

(Mew looks to see Scyther is heading towards Pikachu and strikes Pikachu with the attack with full force.)

(Soon, Pikachu falls to the ground and is knocked out.)

(The referee sees this and says.)

The referee: "Pikachu is unable to battle. Scyther is the winner.

(On the screen, it shows that Gary still has four Pokemon left.)

(and now Mew now has four Pokemon in her batch.)

(Mew walks over and picks up Pikachu in her arms.)

(Mew smiles and says.)

Mew: "It's okay Pikachu, I got you."

(Pikachu feels rather dizzy and exhausted.)

(Mew places Pikachu in her bag at her side of the battlefield next to Eevee.)

Mew: "You get some rest."

(Mew turns and throws her Pokeball and calls out.)

Mew: "Go Bulbasaur!"

(With that, Bulbasaur comes out of his Pokeball.)

(The referee calls out.)

The referee: "Let's begin the battle!"

(With that, Scyther and Bulbasaur begin to battle.)

(Scyther tries to attack Bulbasaur, but Bulbasaur dodes the attack.)

(Then Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Bulbasaur, use Razor Leaf!"

(Bulbasaur then uses Razor Leaf and the attack heads towards Scyther.)

(Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Scyther, block it!"

(Scyther uses the scythes to deflect the attacks.)

(Then Gary says.)

Gary: "Now, use Fury Cutter!"

(Scyther then begins to use Fury Cutter to attack Bulbasaur.)

(Bulbasaur dodges the attack the best it could.)

Mew: "Bulbasaur, use Vine Whip!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Bulbasaur then uses Wine Whip to attack Scyther.)

(and to help dodge the attacks.)

(Scyther then uses its scythes to attack the Wine Whip.)

(Scyther then tries to attack, and Bulbasaur dodges.)

(Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Bulbasaur quick, use Leech Seed!"

(Bulbasaur quickly dodges out of the way, and is able to launch a Leech Seed.)

(The Leech Seed has been fired and sits Scyther on the forehead.)

(Then the Leech Seed takes effect, and its energy is being drained.)

(Mew then calls out.)

Mew: "Now Bulbasaur, use Take Down!"

(Bulbasaur then charges towards Scyther and performs the Take Down Attack.)

(And soon, Scyther is knocked out.)

(The referee calls out.)

The referee: "Scyther is unable to battle, Bulbasaur wins."

Mew: "Alright, you did it, Bulbasaur,"

(Mew says.)

Bulbasaur: "Bulbasaur," (Alright)

(Bulbasaur calls out.)

(Gary then calls back Scyther, and calls out.)

Gary: "Rhydon, I choose you!"

(With that, Rhydon comes out of the Pokeball.)

(Soon the referee calls out.)

the referee: "Begin!"

(With that, Bulbasaur and Rhydon charge into battle.)

(Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Rhydon, use Bulldoze!"

(Rhydon then performs Bulldoze and strikes its fist to the ground.)

(causing it to shake, and Bulbasaur has been pushed back.)

(Then Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Use your Horn Attack!"

(Rhydon then charges to give Bulbasaur a Horn Attack.)

Mew: "Bulbasaur, dodge!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Bulbasaur quickly dodges the attack.)

(Then Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Use Razor Leaf!"

(Bulbasaur used Razor Leaf and it seems to have a little effect.)

(Rhydon turns around and Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Use Stone Edge!"

(Rhydon then performs Stone Edge and rocks rises in the air.)

(Bulbasaur has been striked with the Stone edge rather hard and falls to the ground.)

(Soon enough, Bulbasaur is knocked out.)

(The referee calls out.)

The referee: "Bulbasaur is unable to battle."

(The screen then shows that Gary still has three Pokemon.)

(Then shows Mew has lost one Pokemon and only has three Pokemon left.)

(Now they're both tied.)

(At the stand, Misty says.)

Misty: "Wow. The battle is getting intense huh."

Brock: "You're right. Gary is a skilled trainer and won't make this easy for Mew."

(Brock says.)

Tomo: "And Mew and Gary have only three Pokemon left."

(Tomo says.)

(Misty says.)

Misty: "I hope Mew will be alright."

(On the battlefield, Mew calls back Bulbasaur in her Pokeball and says.)

Mew: "You get some rest, you did your best."

(Mew then turns to Eevee.)

Mew: "Ready Eevee?"

Eevee: "Eevee!" (Okay!)

(Eevee says, excited and gets onto the battlefield.)

(The referee waves the flag and calls out.)

The referee: "Begin."

(With that, Eevee and Rhydon charges and begins to set for an attack.)

Mew: "Eevee use Quick Attack!"

(Eevee then begins to perform Quick Attack.)

(Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Rhydon, use Take Down!"

Mew: "Eevee dodge!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Rhydon begins to perform the Take Down attack but Eevee begins to dodge the attack.)

(Eevee dodges as Rhydon continues to throw more of the attacks.)

(Eevee jumps in the air and Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Now use Swift!"

(Eevee then performs Swift and is able to strike at Rhydon.)

(Rhydon stumbles back, but it's still standing.)

(Then Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Rhydon, use Secret Power!"

(Rhydon then begins to perform Secret Power and they aim towards Eevee.)

(Eevee is able to dodge the attack.)

Mew: "Alright Eevee, use Swift!"

(Mew calls out.)

(However, Eevee jumps in the air and ends up performing a different attack.)

(Eevee's body has a golden aura around her body.)

(Then has orbs of energy absorbed into her body.)

(She jumps in the air, and fires a large start at Rhydon, and strikes at it with full force.)

(Then Eevee lands on the ground.)

Mew: "What attack is that?"

(Mew wonders.)

(She takes out her Pokedex and looks at it.)

Mew: "Last Resort."

(Mew happily says.)

Mew: "Wow Eevee, you've learned how to use Last Resort!"

(Eevee happily says.)

Eevee: "Eevee! (Cool!)"

(Soon, the referee looks to see that the new attack has knocked Rhydon down and is knocked out.)

(The referee calls out.)

The referee: "Rhydon is unable to battle. Eevee wins."

(Soon, the screen shows that Gary lost another Pokemon and is down to two.)

(At the same time, Mew still has three Pokemon left.)

Eevee: "Eevee!" (Alright!)

(Eevee happily cheers.)

Mew: "Alright, you were great Eevee,"

(Mew happily says.)

(Gary then calls back Rhydon and says.)

Gary: "Alright I only got two Pokemon and Mew still only has three. Now then…"

(And brings out his Pokeball.)

Gary: "It's time to bring out one of my strongest Pokemon."

(Then calls out.)

Gary: "Go Blastoise!"

(With that, Gary throws the Pokeball.)

(Soon, Blastoise is on the battlefield.)

Mew: "Alright Eevee, let's go!"

(Mew says.)

Eevee: "Eevee!" (Right!)

(Eevee says.)

(The referee announces.)

The referee: "Begin!"

Mew: "Eevee go!"

(Mew calls out.)

(With that, Eevee begins to pick up some speed.)

(Gary starts the attack.)

Gary: "Blastoise, use Water Gun!"

(Blastoise begins to throw the Water Gun Attack, and Eevee dodges them.)

(Then Eevee jumps in the air.)

Mew: Eevee, use Swift!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Eevee then performs Swift at Blastoise.)

Gary: "Blastoise, withdraw!"

(Gary calls out.)

(Blastoise withdraws into the shell and the Swift attack hits it.)

(Eevee then lands on the ground.)

(Then Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Blastoise, use Flash Cannon!"

(Blastoise then fires a powerful Flash Cannon.)

Mew: "Eevee dodge!"

(Mew calls out, and Eevee quickly dodges.)

(Just by a hair.)

(Then Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Blastoise, use Rapid Spin!"

(Blastoise then performs Rapid Spin and is able to strike at Eevee before she can do anything.)

(Eevee skids on the battlefield and struggles to stand up.)

Mew: "Eevee, hang in there!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Eevee is able to stand up.)

(Mew then calls out.)

Mew: "Eevee, use Thunderbolt!"

(Eevee then jumps up and performs Thunderbolt.)

(But Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Blastoise, use Protect!"

(Blastoise uses protect to deflect the Thunderbolt, much to Mew and Eevee's shock.)

(Then Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Now use Hydro Pump!"

(Blastoise then fires the Hydro Pump at Eevee and fires it like a cannon.)

(Eevee has been blasted and crashes to the ground.)

(Eevee is dizzy, soaked and wet, and is knocked out.)

Mew: "Eevee!"

(Mew calls out worried.)

(The referee sees that Eevee is down.)

The referee: "Eevee is unable to battle, Blastoise wins."

(Mew walks to the stage and picks up Eevee and snuggles Eevee as says.)

Mew: "You did great Eevee. It's time for you to get a good rest."

(Mew then walks back to her side of the battlefield and brings out a blanket to wrap Eevee in.)

(then places her in her bag with Pikachu who is still resting as watching the match.)

(Eevee is able to gain consciousness and look to see Mew is still battling.)

(The screen shows that Gary still has two, and Mew only has two left now.)

(The announcer says.)

The announcer: "Now we got two out of two. Which Pokemon will Mew go to next?"

(Mew turns to Zeraora.)

Mew: "Wanna give it another shot papa?"

(Zeraora nods his head and jumps into the battlefield.)

(As soon as Zeraora steps on the battlefield, the battle begins.)

(The Pokemon begin to charge towards each other.)

(Mew then calls out the first move.)

Mew: "Papa, use Spark!"

(Zeraora then begins to use Spark and attempts the attack.)

Gary: "Blastoise, use withdraw!"

(Gary calls out.)

(Blastoise withdraws back into his head as Zeraora throws the attack.)

(Once the attack is done, Blastoise comes out of its shell.)

(Then Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Now, use Flash Cannon!"

(With that, Blastoise uses Flash Cannone from it's cannon and fires it at Zeraora.)

(Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Papa, dodge and use Close Combat!"

(Zeraora charges and quickly jumps in the air.)

(Then performs Close Combat at Blastoise.)

(But Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Blastoise, use Aqua Tail!"

(Blastoise then performs Aqua Tails, sending Zeraora flying.)

(Then Zeraora crashes to the ground.)

(Zeraroa grunts and growls as he begins to stand back on his feet.)

Mew: "Papa, can you still battle?"

(Mew asks.)

(Zeraora is able to stand up and turns to Mew with a calm nod.)

Mew: "Alright, let's continue the battle,"

(Mew says.)

(Then calls out.)

Mew: "Use Agility!"

(Zeraora then begins to use Agility.)

(Then Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Blastoise, use Rapid Spin!"

(Blastoise begins to use Rapid Spin and spins towards Zeraora.)

(Zeraora then uses Agility to dodge the attack.)

(Blastoise bounces off the wall, and Zeraora dodges.)

(Soon, Blastoise is bouncing all over the battlefield, and Zeraora quickly dodges the attack.)

(Mew then calls out.)

Mew: "Papa, use Thunderbolt!"

(Zeraora then performs Thunderbolt as Blastoise comes at it.)

(and gives it an electric shock from inside the shell.)

(Blastoise lands on the ground as it comes out of its shell.)

(However, Blastoise begins to stand up and struggles to stand a little.)

(Then Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Blastoise, give it your Focus Punch!"

Mew: "Papa, use Close Combat!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Balstoise and Zeraroa begins to use their attack and end up turning into a powerful fist fight.)

(Blastoise and Zeraora are able to throw punches at each other and neither of them are backing down.)

(Zeraora is able to dodge the Focus punch and jumps in the air.)

(Then Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Use Thunder Punch!"

(Zeraroa then begins to use Thunder Punch and is able to slam Blastoise with it.)

(Blastoise is pushed back, but is still standing.)

(Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Use Flash Cannon!"

(Blastoise then uses Flash Cannon.)

(Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Dodge!"

(Zeraora dodges the attack.)

(Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Blastoise, use Hydro Pump!"

Mew: "Papa, use Plasma Fist!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Blastoise then sets his cannon towards Zeraora.)

(as the electric Pokemon prepares to use his attack.)

(Blastoise fires the cannon as Zeraroa charges and uses the Plasma Fist to split through the Hydro Pump.)

(Zeraora is closing in on Blastoise.)

(Then Gary calls out.)

Gary: "Blastoise, use Aqua Tail!"

(Blastoise uses Aqua Tail as Zeraora uses the blow of the Plasma Fist at the Pokemon.)

(When both Pokemon collide, a huge explosion occurs of water and electricity.)

(Water comes splashing and pouring down like rain as the smoke is exposed around the battlefield.)

(Everyone waits anxiously for what will happen.)

(When the smoke clears, it appears that both Zeraora and Blastoise are both knocked out.)

(The referee calls out.)

The referee: "Both Pokemon are unable to battle."

(Soon, it shows that Gary and Mew lost another Pokemon.)

(and are now down to one more Pokemon.)

(Gary calmly calls back his Pokemon into his Pokeball.)

Gary: "Return Blastoise."

(He then looks at his Pokeball and says.)

Gary: "You did a great job, Blastoise. And you put on a great battle."

(Mew walks to her papa and looks to see him regaining consciousness.)

(Mew calmly smiles and says.)

Mew: "You did a great job papa. I'm so happy you got to battle with me."

(Zeraora weakly nods his head with a smile.)

(Mew then helps Zeraora back on his feet, and helps him back back to her side of the battlefield.)

(Pikachu and Eevee, who are feeling a little better, watch to see Mew bring her papa to the bench close by.)

(Pikachu and Eevee decide to join Zeraora on the seat.)

(At the stands, Mew's friends watch to see Mew returning to the battlefield.)

Misty: "Wow. That was an intense battle,"

(Misty says.)

Brock: "Yeah. And I never thought Zeraora could be beaten, but it's very strong."

(Brock says.)

Tomo: "Yeah. Mew's papa is very strong,"

(Tomo says.)

(Adriana says.)

Adriana: "This is getting really intense, now both Gary and Mew have one Pokemon left."

Professor Oak: "And it all comes down to this. The last Pokemon that they use, will help decide on the winner,"

(Professor Oak says.)

Daisy: "I'm rooting for both to give it all they got."

(Daisy says.)

(The announcer announces.)

The announcer: "Looks like it's down to the wire. Both Gary and Mew have only one Pokemon remaining. It all comes down to their final Pokemon. Which one will they use?"

(Gary says in thought.)

Gary [in mind]: "This is it. This is my last Pokemon. I have one more Pokemon and I've saved this one for last. It's time to finish this."

Mew: "Alright, I have one more Pokemon left. And this is the final battle Gary and I will have to face. I can only hope I'm ready. I can only hope we're ready for this,"

(Mew says.)

(Mew then takes out the Bracelet Ring that has the Key Stone on it.)

(She remembers Mr. Kyle has given it to it.)

(She then places it on her wrist.)

(She says.)

Mew: "It's time to finish this battle. My Pokemon and I have trained so hard for this."

(She smiles and says.)

Mew: "Time to give it everything we've got."

(Gary then throws his Pokeball and calls out.)

Gary: "Go Salamence!"

(The Pokeball opens as it's been thrown towards the battlefield, and a strong Pokemon comes out.)

(The Pokemon Gary has is a quadrupedal, draconic Pokémon with a long, tapering tail.)

(It is primarily blue with a gray lower jaw and thickly scaled underside.)

(There are red markings on its throat, the underside of its tail, and stripes on the inner surface of its legs.)

(Additionally, there are raised red ridges above its eyes.)

(Three flat fins protrude from either side of its head, possibly acting in the same manner that a Canard would on an aircraft.)

(It has two pairs of pointed teeth, one in the upper jaw and one in the lower.)

(Each of its short legs has three claws.)

(Everyone is surprised to see this, especially Mew and her friends, and Gary's family.)

Mew: "That's a Salamence? When did Gary get a Salamence?"

(Mew says to herself.)

(She brings out her Pokedex and Dexter says.)

Dexter: "Salamence, the Dragon Pokemon. A Dragon and Flying Type. Salamence came about as a result of a strong, long-held dream of growing wings. It is said that this powerful desire triggered a sudden mutation in this Pokémon's cells, causing it to sprout its magnificent wings."

Mew: "Well then, this is starting to get more interesting,"

(Mew says.)

(And brings out his Pokeball.)

Mew: "And now it's time to bring out my closest friend…"

(Then throws her Pokeball.)

Mew: "Go Charizard!"

(Out of the Pokeball is Charizard.)

(and he is wearing the Metal-plated collar with the Charizardite X on it, that's also been given to by Mr. Kyle.)

(This is the final event for the Finals of the Pokemon Indigo League.)

(Mew is using Charizard and Gary is using Salamence.)

(It's down to the wire.)

(Who will win the Pokemon League and launch victorious?)
