[Explanation: So basically, if Sora were to catch a Bidoof with a [Superior] potential, the bidoof won't be able to get past Lv. 39 with the traditional training/breeding. Sora would have to use something that would stimulate his potential once more.
The trainer in Sora's world would have to spend a lot of resource or find a secret treasure. The second method would be available to certain Pokemon like Kingdra. Those Pokemon that need a certain item to evolve like the [Dragon Scale] in Kingdra case can stimulate and breakthroughs.
So like Seadra Lv. 39 (Superior) + [Dragon Scale] --> Kingdra Lv. 39 (Elite)
In this case: Kingdra a Pokemon with (Advanced) strength (Lv. 39) can reach the (Quasi-Elite) strength Lv. 59 cap. If the trainer wants his Kingdra to go beyond the (Elite), he would need Dragon/Water treasures or a lot of resource and care from his trainer.]
