*Creak*
The subtle noise of a door could be heard opening as a person enters an apartment. A man with an exhausted face closes the door sluggishly as he drags his body to the couch.
"I wonder if the boys are on." The man named David murmurs falling onto the couch with his coat still on as he was too lazy to take it off. Taking his phone, he opens Discord to the sight of a vc.
On his screen, he could see a call with the limit of people allowed to join at five. And to David's annoyance, the call was already full and he didn't feel like spamming chat or hopping into a vc.
"Connor actually added that Gabriel guy to the server."
'They already got a five stack... I guess I'll just get on Ark before signing off for the night. I'll probably play with them tomorrow.' David thinks to himself with a resigned sigh.
Little does David know though, he won't be able to play with them ever again...
...
"Well, that was peaceful," David comments going back to his base, there wasn't much that happened that gaming session. David spent most of his time just roaming the map to see if any high-level Rex or Yuty spawned and mined some metal with his Argentavis.
After finishing off storing loot, smelting ore and fixing any faults he sees. David lazily prepares to sleep after taking a shower.
"Sleeping is cool." David offhandedly says to himself as lies in bed with his phone.
Today was a typical boring day for the guy. There wasn't much to do and because of his tiredness, he didn't express himself too much sounding almost always monotone.
David stayed on his phone for a few hours as his sleep schedule was horrible.
"Fuck this is uncomfortable."
Moving his feet, David kicks upwards to fully incase his legs with the blanket and fit snugly into the bed. Feeling the warmth around himself, his vision started to fade.
(A/N: Am I the only one that does this?)
[First Person POV]
"-est... orrest... Forest..." A rough but quiet voice said which I could barely hear.
Feeling a little dizzy, I just stay still trying to regain myself as my eyes feel
"It's so cold" I murmur gaining my consciousness back. The black hue in my vision started to go away as a blurry sight quickly replaced it. "Where am I?" I question rubbing my eyes with my small hands.
Wait small hands?
"Wait what the fuck?" I say in a panic. With a cold sweat going down my face, I jump up from the bed "I" was sleeping on. As I got up, a sudden rush of mild pain hits my head.
Clutching my head, a rush of memories that weren't exactly plentiful make themselves clear to me. After a few more seconds the pain went away with my vision now fully clear.
"Forrest Harrison huh? The second eldest child of Flint the Pewter City Gym Leader and the younger brother of Brock." I murmur keeping quiet as it was still night. Brock a character I'm quite familiar with since I started getting into the Pokemon franchise is my older brother.
Taking in my surroundings I realise that I was in a room with other kids and I wasn't the only one awake.
"Guuu?" A child's voice could be heard close to me. Turning around there were a few beds in the same room which had kids of similar but younger ages than me.
Making my way to towards the sound which was near a crib, I see my youngest brother Billy just looking at me while tilting his head.
'I only have my memories from the past few weeks, but it's enough to know everyone on a personal level weirdly.' I think to myself still not believing my situation.
Taking the body of a child huh, It's not something morally right but it's something out of my control. I'm not gonna act like some emo now. Even in this was a dream I'll try to make the most of it.
Looking at my youngest sibling instinctively in a protective way, I walk up to the little guy and pick him up.
"Guu!" Billy says in excitement at being picked up, but in his excitement, he wiggles in my grasp and ends up kicking my dick. Feeling the cruel kick at my groin, I tank the hit and put little Billy back to bed as he starts to laugh and clap.
*Creak*
"Shhh." I whisper to Billy as I hear my other brother's beds creak at them moving around but still sleeping. For some reason even though that happened, I can't get mad at the little guy.
'The original Forrest is affecting my emotional state which isn't too bad. It's not like I'm gonna become an edgy harem lord.' I joke to myself with a chuckle. Silently entertaining Billy for a bit till he sleeps, I see that the sun was starting to rise and exited the room.
If my memories serve me right, Brock just left after beating his Mom in a Pokemon battle to revert the Gym back to what it was before. Mother tried to change it into a water gym but no one wanted that.
I've been lonely these past few years and having siblings would be a nice change of pace.
Luckily to start me off, Brock hooked me up with some useful stuff for a trainer. It wasn't specified in the anime how Brock helped Forrest, but he ended up giving me a guide.
It included Pokemon food recipes for rock types, training methods, how to discipline a Pokemon and notes on battling-like type advantages. All my siblings not including Brock were homeschooled, by Brock or Flint. So I guess that's why Forrest didn't know much about the outside world besides Pewter and the names of the major cities.
Looking back Forrest's memories, Brock talked about Ash in every second sentence. Funnily enough, it made Forrest jealous because it was obvious Brock was helping Ash to become a strong trainer.
"Alright, this should be the living room." I say opening a "familiar" door.
*Creak*
Entering the place I right after shut the door without making much noise.
"Oi Forrest, what ya doing up so early?" A hoarse voice says surprised. For some reason I didn't expect any to be up, so I get surprised and hit my knee on the door.
"Fuuuuu." I groan out holding my knees.
The only thing I've been feeling since coming into the Pokemon world is pain dammit. Flint hearing the knock, soon after walks over and picks me up like some light weights.
"Forrest I know you wanted to sneak out to the gym again." My old man laughs to himself in amusement. "Onix isn't going anywhere, we can go say hi to him now if you want."
Getting an embarrassed look not because of hitting my knee, but because of a mentally fully grown adult being carried like a kid. Nodding at his words we silently took the keys to the gym and headed to the place.
'I wonder what a Pokemon would look like in real-life, like how does a huge rock snake lose to a mouse?' I thought with excitement clear on my drowsy face.
