Episode 28: Mouse

Grunt: Team Rocket has a hideout in Celadon City, you can get one there!

Leon: Alright, that's all we need to know. Off the Celadon City!

Leon kicks the grunt one more time before they head off towards Celadon City.

Grunt: Once they reach our hideout, they'll understand why no one messes with Team Rocket.

They pass through route 8 and try to enter through Saffron City, but are stopped again.

Leon: Really, even through here the city is blocked off!? I was fine with this place being blocked off from Cerulean City but why can't we enter from anywhere!?

Guard: We're going on strike! Blocking off Saffron City until we get what we deserve!

Rai: What's so important that without it, you guys won't do your job?

Guard: We. Want. Tea!

Rai: ...

Otto: ...

Una: ...

Ivy: ...

Wart: ...

Leon: I'm gonna burn you alive.

They drag out a screaming Leon from the gate before going through another underground passage and arrive in Celadon City.

Rai: There's a gym here too, so we should split off.

Ivy: What type is the gym?

Rai: It's a grass type gym and they gym leader, Erika, has 4 Pokémon.

Leon: So me, Ivy, Una, and Otto can go to the gym while you and Wart can go beat up Team Rocket until they give up a Silph Scope. Then beat them up some more for good measure.

Rai: Got it.

They 2 group split off, Leon's group entering the gym and Rai and Wart going to investigate throughout the City.

Rai: Okay, so I know we're supposed to look for the hideout but, how about we head to the Game Corner? Then we can have fun and investigate.

Wart: No, we have stuff to do.

Rai: Come on, Just a few games.

Wart: fine, you got 3 games. I'm going to go check out this mansion and if I get back and you're still going, I'm going to drag you out.

Rai: Okay!

He runs to the Game corner with 3,000 PokéDollars to his name and immediately loses it all. He gets mad and rips a condescending poster off the wall, revealing a button. He presses the button to reveal some stairs to the Team Rocket hid out.

???: I'm sorry sir but you're not allowed to know of that place. You've only left me with one option. Raticate, go.

The man, who reveals himself as a Team Rocket Grunt, attacks Rai, but is swiftly dealt with with one Thunderbolt.

Wart: Hey Rai, I found some tea, we can give it the the guard...

Rai: Oh for real? Then that's another job finished. We'll be out of this city in no time.
