Episode 22: Evolution 2

Amazement comes across our heroes faces. Never has a way to undo an evolution been discovered, but here Eve has just created a way to switch between evolutions.

Eve: So are you impressed, honored to be the first to view a world-changing device in action?

Rai: Eh, looks stupid to me, why would you want to go back to a weaker version of yourself? Only an Eevee would find this useful...

Eve: Silence idiot! Your small, feeble, rat brain can comprehend how useful this could be!

Rai: Yeah, explain how this is useful to any other Pokémon!

Eve: If a stupid rat like you can only learn a move as your pre evolution, you can re-learn it!

Rai: Just wait to evol-

Una: Rai, just shut up. Ms. Eve, your device really is incredible.

Eve: Thank you, at least one of you has some functional brain cells.

Otto: Yes it really is amazing but we really do need to get going.

Eve: Don't worry, I was just about to leave and kick you idiots out.

Wart: Alright, guys lets go, the ship's about to leave in 3 hours so we got to get on.

They leave to the S.S. Anne, Una dragging Rai out to stop him from fighting with Eve. When they reach the ship, they give their tickets and find their way to their rooms and just take the chance to relax before challenging the Vermilion Gym. Night falls on the blue ocean, but the rocking of the boat awakenes Rai, so he takes the chance to look out in the night sky and do a little practice of his strategy for Lt. Surge. While he's training, he hears clanging noises in another room so he goes to check it out. While he walks closer to the room, the door suddenly burst open and out comes his "favorite" researcher Eve.

Eve: Hm, they just let anyone on this boat. Not much of a luxury cruise anymore...

Rai: What, had to calm down after you wasted your brain power on a useless device?

Eve: You know, I was going to respond but your tiny brain probably wouldn't be able to understand it. Anyways, there is a reason that I'm here.

Rai: What's that?

Eve: I'm here to rob some thieves that stole something from me.

Rai: ...Huh?

Eve: I've been hunting them down for a week, and now that I've found them in a place they can't escape, I'm getting back what's rightfully mine...
