Episode 12: Cobra

Leon awakes after a full day of sleep to loud sounds of running and scrabbling around. Everyone is preparing the finishing touches for the big thank you event before our heroes leave to continue their journey.

Wart: Finally, I've been awake for like 3 hours now. The party is about to start, get ready.

He cleans himself up and the thank you party begins not long after. It last for hours. The enter kingdom is there to celebrate, food, music, entertainment and all. It last into the evening, everyone's calmed down from the event and goes back to their homes and our heroes are about to set out back to route 3 but they're stopped by the royal family.

Geo: Thank you for everything. If it was not for you all this kingdom would not still be standing.

Aro: Take these, they're items you can't find in Kanto.

Una: Berries?

Aro: Yeah they may be super common in other regions but in Kanto they can't grow. They should help you along your journey.

Leon: Alright then, thank you all and I'm still very sorry for burning down a town, but we'll be on our way, see ya!

Otto: Wait!

Leon: Hmm?

Otto: Can I please come along?

King: What!? Ottoka are you sure about thi-

Geo: Let her go.

King: But she is not ready for the real world and anyways she is going to be queen!

Geo: She is more then ready. Ottoka, when your journey is over, can you return here and take your place as queen?

Otto: Ok!

Geo: Aro, are you ok with your sister taking the throne when she returns?

Aro: Of course.

Geo: That settles it then.

Leon: Then come along we need at least 2 more on our team if we want to beat the  Indigo League.

Otto: Thank you!

Leon: Lets go!

They're back at route 3, and proceed to Mt. Moon.

Almost instantly they get lost in the caves. Attacked by Zubats and Geodudes. Eventually, they seem close to the end. But see some people in black suits blowing up the cave walls mining for moon stones.

Ivy: Hey! The cave's gonna collapes if you keep doing that!

???: Do you know who we are? Team Rocket! So if you wanna leave here with your head still on your shoulders then you should run.

Leon: ...who?

Grunt: I warned you, Arbok, Bite!

Wart blows them away with a Water Pulse and Ivy puts all of them to sleep with Sleep Powder.

Leon: Ivy, how long are they gonna be asleep for?

Ivy: I don't know exactly but for a good long while.

Leon: Good enough, let's take all of these explosives to the next city and give them to the police.
