12 World meeting

It has been a week since the events with Slowking and the cave happened. Today is the day I have to meet the government.

It also the day where beldum finishes its training period with Slowking. I made my way back to the psychic cave to check on how beldum progress has went in the past week.

Arriving at my destination I greeted Slowking.

"Hello Slowking how has beldum training been going. I hope beldum has been living up to your expectations."

Slowking:beldum training has been going quite well. In fact I am very impressed by beldum's potential.

Beldum reminds me of myself from my younger days. That's why I decided from now on I will pass on my knowledge to beldum hoping for it to be the next owner of the psychic cave.

"Speaking of which where is beldum Slowking."

Slowking:Your in for a surprise child folllow me.

Slowking led me down a tunnel until we arrived in a tunnel which held immense psychic power. I wasn't able to breathe or stand under the immense pressure.

Seeing my struggle Slowking eyes turned blue for a second as i was surrounded by psychic powers.

Through the help of Slowking I was able to rise back up and stand smoothly.

Giving Slowking my thanks I looked forward to the sight of my beldum meditating as it began to absorb the psychic energy in the room.

Slowking:This is beldum last challenge to become my disciple. It must harness the psychic of this room to further enhance its strength.

We watched as beldum began to struggle from the overflowing psychic energy. Cheering beldum on I rooted for it to breakthrough.

After an hour beldum finally began to show signs of giving up. I looked towards Slowking to tell her to stop it.

But Slowking just spoke a few words.

Slowking:This child must overcome this to become stronger.

With that said I could only wait in worry as beldum continued to struggle. But after a few minutes a surprise came to me.

Beldum body began to take on a white light as power began to surge through its body. Beldum swelled up with power as it's body began to elongate.

After what seemed like thirty minutes. Beldum finally completed its transformation it could no longer be called beldum it is now a metang.

Metang strength has greatly improved now reaching the middle of second tier. With the evolution of metang it is now stronger than Riolu.

I can't tell who would win in a battle between them now. While metang may hold more strength Riolu has more battle experience.

Slowking eyes began to glow as it examined metang all over. Some time passed as Slowking gave a nod.

Slowking:Child you have passed my qualifications to truly learn from me. Their is only a few when it comes to psychic strength that can pass you.

But with time your powers will also grow as you train with me and go on adventures with your partner.

I can't wait to see how far you will go in the future.

Finishing speaking Slowking walked out and returned back to meditating.

Making my way out the cave I received a email from the USA pokemon association stating that the meeting was ready.

I decided to test out metang new skill teleport. It took around 5 teleports to reach the location.

Once arriving everyone was suprised to see me suddenly appear in front of them.

I guess they haven't seen or experienced the power of teleport yet.

I was bombarded by questions from different representatives.

China:How is it that you teleported here?

Japan:What is that pokemon that you just hadZ

India:What is the purpose of this meeting if it isn't about any new technology.

"First the move i just used is teleport it allows a pokemon to travel a distance instantaneous. But how far you can teleport depends on the stenght of a pokemon."

Next I pointed at metang.

"This pokemon is called metang the evolved form of beldum it is also a shiny variant."

Everyone stood shocked at the fact that pokemon could evolve and that their were shiny pokemon.

France:How much would you be willing to sell this pokemon for. France is willing to offer a hefty price.

Other countries began to toss in prices for metang also.

I got annoyed as I addressed the subject.

"Metang is not for sell sorry. This is my partner as such I treat it like family.

The country representative seemed depressed at the fact they couldn't receive a powerful pokemon.

I don't blame them either they probably would gain a higher standing in their country if they bring such a rare pokemon back.

But sadly that wasn't the case.

After getting over it the next question was asked.

Australia:How can pokemon evolve and what are the requirements?

"Well pokemon can evolve through a variety of things it can be from their lvl, having friendship with them or even stones."

All the representatives was shocked at the fact that pokemon had many diffrent ways to evolve.

"But all pokemon do not have the ability to evolve. The process of evolution is very mysterious if you find any new thing at hand you should report it."

After telling them that information I began to change the conversation.

Looking at every representative hear I put on a serious face and began to go over the topic at hand.

Taking out a device was a holographic projector I showed it to the representatives.

"This is a creation from the reid family it is a holographic projector which allows virtual images to be seen."

"But what I wanted to show you is something much more important."

After I said those words I pressed a button on the holographic projector to show the things I found with Stacy at the legendary cave.

"Their seems to be certain pokemon which have the power of the gods."

Representatives began to grow angry thinking I'm tricking them and saying preposterous.

"Listen here this is something very serious the subject of legendary pokemon is actually true even the weakest being able to wipe out a state alone."

Everyone put on a shocked face as they began taking the matter more serious.

Canada:If what your saying is true what is the strengths of each of these legendaries.

"Well I can't tell you the specific strengths because even I don't know. But what I can tell you is their classified in three different tiers which are first class, second class and third class."

I pressed a button on the hologram as it began to show the text I saw in the cave.

"The reason I am telling you all about the legendaries because the ancient writing seems to state that their will be a testing on earth from the legendary pokemon."

Brazil:You expect us to believe this child.

"You can believe if you want I'm just giving each of you a warning about what may come in the future so be prepared."

With that I walked out the room leaving them behind to think of what plan to do next.
