Though there was a storm shrouding all of Sinnoh, there was only one particular place where the storm is far from, Mt.Coronet. "Everything is ready for the creation of a new world. Now, all will end. And everything will begin. With this, the Red Chain made from the crystals of the three lake Pokémon. And this, the Red Chain I replicated with technological means... With these Red Chains, I will pry open the portal to another dimension. I command that you unleash your power for me." Cyrus dictated a few words he said before while looking at the pillars.
In front of him were the three Lake Guardians, all enveloped in cages as their eyes glowed in red. They just floated there, not having the mind and conscience to do anything for it is the crystals that power them. Every single crystal found on their body has been removed and out of that, the red chain was made.
Behind the master was the bringer war and jollity, looking at him with enthusiasm as they are prepared for the dawn of the new world. The other grunts who were lurking nearby were guarding the prisoners. This includes Lucas and the rest of my team members who were held captive. They had no choice but to take part and be the audience of Cyrus's dream coming into a reality.
"Make your dreams a reality!" encouraged, Mars.
"Do it, Master Cyrus!" Jupiter encouraged too. And once in for all, he gave a smirk as he threw the red chain to the sky. The chain split into two and in front of them, they floated. It was a sight to behold for Master Cyrus's audience, seeing his ideal world coming alive.
Then from behind, the four of us arrived. Cynthia was infuriated upon seeing Cyrus and the red chain ready to summon Dialga and Palkia. She tried to convince him to stop but he wouldn't listen. He is too devoted in his dreams, clouded with his ambitions and desires.
"Cyrus, listen to me! Dialga and Palkia will only cause havoc to this world! Do you not understand what you're trying to unleash?!" Cynthia confronted Cyrus for the last time.
"Well, if it isn't the champion." Mars and Jupiter gossiped, chuckling scornfully at Cynthia.
"If you cannot help me, then you will die with the rest of the world!" the thunders crashed by when Cyrus finished his words. The clouds swirled above us with gloom as the tormentor from beneath waited for its opportunity.
"Apprehend them!" the commanders gave the instructions, the grunts saluted.
"Drapion, Hammer Arm!"
"Ursaring, Slash!"
"Graveler, Roll- Out!"
A group of grunts attacked the champion with their Pokemon. Meanwhile, Cynthia only commanded two words to her Garchomp, "Draco Meteor!". The attack was able to perish the Pokemon of the grunts who dared to attack the strongest trainer. Her powers and skills are no match for hers.
"Finish all of them! Don't let them get to me!" Cyrus commanded his commanders.
"Yes, Master Cyrus! Grunts! You heard the instructions, go!" Jupiter and Mars submitted. At once, all the grunts in the Spear Pillar went straight for us. Their Pokemon look even feistier than the first ones who attacked the champion. It was a horde of them heading towards us.
"Luna! Head to the east of the Spear Pillar and look for the brown tile. Play the flute in any way, it will produce the same melody. Go! Leave the rest to us." the moment the grunts were about to arrive, Cynthia gave me an order.
"W-wait, what?!" I was bewildered all of a sudden since I couldn't quite comprehend what she's asking me to do.
"Just follow her and be safe. Leave the rest to us. Lucario on your left, Aura Sphere!" Logan tried to clarify but then a grunt came and attacked him.
"Brown tile, play the flute. That's it?"
"Yes. Now hurry!" Dawn answered while fighting a grunt with her Togekiss. Wasting not a single second, I ran to the east while the rest fought behind me. All the grunts left their positions which means I had the opportunity to save my friends who were all tied in the broken pillars.
"Friends or conspiracies?" I thought to myself, thinking about who should I focus on.
"Leave them to me, do what the champion told you." Zinnia appeared from behind me and alerted me to stay concentrated.
"Right. Thanks, Zinnia."
"No problem."
As the rest fought while I look for this particular tile, Cyrus gazed over us with his commanders. He watched the battle which changed his broody expression to an even more broody one.
"Master, do what you must while they're busy. This is your opportunity!" Jupiter suggested.
"I pity them. They'll all sink with the old one. Now, let us go back to business shall we?" Cyrus took his eyes off the battle and focused on the red chains. He was excited for the moment to happen.
"Garchomp, Dragon Tail!"
"Hippowdon, Fissure!"
"Togekiss, Dazzling Gleam!"
"Feraligatr, Water Pulse!"
"Lucario, Bone Rush, right now!"
All of them fought through the grunts who persisted to attack them. Meanwhile, Zinnia untied my friends and Lucas from the pillars they were tied to.
"Where's Luna going?!" Charlotte asked who was worried after seeing me looking for something.
"Trying to confront Arceus." Zinnia answered.
Once they were released, Charlotte, Zeal, the twins, Oliver, Vizion, Copper, and Lucas all joined the battle to help the champion and the rest.
"Minun!"
"Plusle!"
"Discharge!" the twins happily instructed heir Pokemon.
"Salamence, Dragon Pulse!" Zinnia blasted five grunts away who was trying to attack Copper from behind.
"Gliscor, Acrobatics!" Charlotte's Pokemon lifted a group of grunts to the air and dropping them afterward simultaneously.
"..." Oliver snapped his fingers, commanding his Heracross to use Bug Bite at the grunts.
"Froslass, Icicle Spear!" from the sky came ice which crashed to the grunts who were trying to attack Zeal.
"Hitmonchan, Mega Punch!"
"Hitmonlee, Mega Kick!"
Both Vizion and Copper were working together to defeat the grunts. From afar, a large fire spurted, having a somewhat dome-like shape. Infernape's Blaze suddenly being activated stunned the grunts and trainers fighting, putting the match into a temporary halt. A few minutes later, they continued to fight.
From here on out, Emma will refer to the detective as Mr. Looker rather than Detective Looker.
