EPISODE 61: Weather Alert!*

Location: Weather Institute

Not so long ago, the institute was apprehended by a squadron of our organization. This was proposed by Leader Crimson himself for the development of Team Rocket in which he aims to gather more Intel about Rayquaza. Due to it responsible for the atmosphere, he believes Rayquaza can be detected through some abnormality when it comes to the weather.

Although, Team Rocket may not be the only one who sought benefits through the institute.

The lights are all dim, and the grunts are working on their stations at the control center of the Weather Institute. Inside the room are arrays of tables and atop them are computers. In front is the main screen composed of eight televisions. There the satellite images are sent and seen by Caspian, an elite operative in charge of the whole institute.

With his midnight brew, he entered the room and gave a deep yawn. Like every other night, his job is to watch the grunts to their job with his orange pupils. His hair is also orange and is one of the few elite operatives who loves to wear that stylish laser glasses even if it does not shoot out lasers.

It is a fashion trend for the science department of Team Rocket. While doing his night shift, the red alarms began to ring, causing a sudden shock to the elite operative to the point he accidentally drops his cup of coffee.

"What's going on?! Check the security!" He commanded. The grunts worked with full force, exerting all that is left of their energy from the day. They panicked and perspired, checking what just happened.

"Elite Operative Caspian! We are being attacked by Team Aqua." Commander Symphony reported. She works alongside the elite operative.

"Team Aqua?! What do they want this time?"

"We are uncertain Elite Operative Caspian, but they're in our front gates, attacking our grunts. What should we do know?" Commander Symphony asked with anxiety doing all she can to alert all available personnel to stop the intruders from entering.

She has a light-blue hair and pale complexion. Like Caspian, Symphony wears laser glasses. For a moment, the Elite Operative flinched as he thought of what to do. The grunts inside the very same room were staring at him, waiting for a decision. There was a moment of silence.

"Elite Operative Caspian! They're entering the institute! We need the orders now!" Symphony snapped him back.

A droplet of sweat fell off his face as he commanded to all of them, "Call headquarters immediately and ask for backup!"

"You've got it!" replied, Symphony

***

In my room I was sleeping peacefully, dreaming of live and abstract colors that fill my mind. I hugged my pillow tightly, squeezing it as if I was hugging my Pokemon. I see Absol nearby, playing with Mawile, Bagon, and Liligant eating some snacks together and Misdreavus just messing over my head when suddenly a knock interrupts my innocent dreams.

"Luna!" called Zeal.

"What the?! For Pete's sake, it's two in the morning!" I shouted to her who appears to be outside the door after looking at the clock beside me.

"It's an emergency. Hurry, the squadron is waiting."

"Squadron? What squadron?"

"I'll explain later! Just wake up will you!" Zeal intensified her yell. That extreme woman gave me a surprise of a lifetime.

On my Rocket gear, I opened the door and saw grunts running everywhere. Whoa, I was expecting some sort of "calm before the storm" shenanigans but it looks like everyone is in panic. As for me, I remained calm stretching my arms and walking slowly to wherever the rest are going.

"Mother of- it's two in the morning!" Heading to wherever they're heading, the alarms begin to ring and I was irritated past my threshold. The blaring noise made my ears glow red.

We were directed to the warehouse and into the control room. Three leaders, all glaring at us. Their glare dispersed our drowsiness as we paid attention to what they had to say. I was able to meet Zeal, Copper, and Vizion on the proper itself and they looked wide awake.

"What is happening?"

"Have not you heard Luna?! The Weather Institute was attacked by Team Aqua!" Zeal explained in an over-exaggerated way.

"Well to be honest Team Rocket infiltrated the place first," Copper said.

And so Leader Crimson spoke, telling all about our objective and that is to drive away the opposing organization.

"Elite Operative Melody will be in charge of the whole operation. Good Luck Team Rocket. As compensation for this sudden- um.... sudden, surprise we will increase your salaries by about ten percent. Now go and bring glory to the executives and our organization!" Admin Hector commanded, his loud voice was able to lift the determination out of every single one of us.

Melody, I've seen her before. She has pale hair, yet again, like the others, she wears laser glasses. She looks cunning, definitely a strong elite operative of our organization. Her pale looks can drain the blood out of anyone.

"To protect the world from devastation,

To unite all people within our nation,

To denounce the evils of truth and love,

To extend our reaches to the stars above,

Team Rocket, BLAST OFF to the speed of light!

Surrender now or prepare to fight!" said, all of us with high enthusiasm despite the late night.

"Luna, Zeal! You're coming with me." Xeryll called us from the distance.

"B-but, are we not supposed to take the squadron helicopter?" Zeal inquired.

"It'll be too crowded. Come on, I'll drop you there in an instant. Hehe, when it comes to the skies, I rule." said, Xeryll as she winked her left eye.
