A Familiar Situation (30)

"Aichi did you see that Budew use [Solar Beam]?" I hear Dawn ask me as we made our way towards Jubilife. It's already getting dark and we were itching to get to civilisation as fast as we could.

"Yeah it was pretty strong, it could give Chimchar a run for his money. I think I should catch a Pokemon though" I say with a grin. Piplup outside of his Pokebal pouts at me. It's great that she has disciplined her Piplup as it now won't do such random shit no more. I can still remember the anime vividly and the thing Piplup does when wondering around without her knowledge is just not acceptable.

It's fine if it's maybe once or twice but it wander off without Dawn's permission at least six times which got itself into trouble.

One example is looking down a cave next they were at a mountain when Dawn explicitly said to not do that, but Piplup did it anyways and it got them into Team Galactic's mess even more.

"I wish I could catch a Pokemon." Dawn says a little bummed out. She struggled a lot with catching a Pokemon which makes sense, if you think about it throwing a red ball metal ball directly at a small Buneary the size of my left leg isn't that easy.

Walking up to it wouldn't be an option as it could be a hazard. She'll get the hang of it eventually, just not now I guess.

"Hey chill out! Just eat heaps and get a good night sleep." Ash tells Dawn while rubbing his belly. Dawn not knowing how to get a good sleep without a bed gets a frown on her face.

"Hey look, there's a Pokemon centre not far from here." Brock says while looking at a book. Dawn and I hear this start to cheer as we ain't camping today boys.

"I'll be able to get a bed in a real room!" Dawn shouts in joy with me joining in soon after.

"It's great that at least one of us can use a map." I snicker. Dawn hearing this punches my shoulder lightly with a smile. Brock after getting a glimpse of the Pokemon centre sends out his Bonsly to get it healed up by nurse joy.

"That's cool, a Bonsly!" Both Ash and Dawn exclaim.

"Bonsly, the bonsai Pokemon. Being a rock type it can get weak if it has too much water so it regulates the water into its grass bulbs."

The conversation now heading in a different direction, we find out that Brock is or was a gym leader at some point which stoked out Dawn as she was still new to these things, which includes me as well.

It's still pretty neat to learn about these things. After a bit we finally arrived at the Pokecentre where we meet Nando again as he tells us about his difficult decision.

Should he stick to battling or being a coordinator? In the end though it wasn't discussed further as he left but Ash being Ash, he wanted to follow Nando to get his own little one on one.

"Brock I'll stay at the Pokemon centre. I'm a bit too tired." I tell him which he nods back at me. While I told Brock this, Ash and Dawn were complaining on what profession was better for Nando.

"Nando should pick gyms." Ash says out loud as he really wanted to battle Nando. Dawn hearing this gets other ideas though.

"No, being a coordinator is way better. His Budew deserves to show its beautiful moves." Dawn says as she does a little twirl. I remembered that Team Rocket are gonna do something annoying so I'll avoid it with excuses.

When ever I can't avoid Team Rocket I'll either be "sleeping" or doing something "important" as I can't give two fucks dealing with those guys and if it's unavoidable then I'll just have to deal with it.

"We'll get Nando to decide!" Ash shouts as he runs outside. Dawn soon after following him just runs in a certain direction.

"You sleep alright. I'll go follow them." Brock sighs as he soon after realised he needs to follow them. I guess I'm taking care of the Bonsly for the day. "Dear Nurse Joy, until we meet again. WAIT!" He shouts the last part as he runs outside.

"Come here buddy." I whisper to the little Bonsly as he happily jumps into my hands.

"A room for one please!" I ask Nurse Joy as she gives me the keys. This will be great as I get a bed to sleep on. I wonder how Dawn is doing with sleeping in the wild.

"Let's go find them now Bonsly" I tell the cute guy as I make my way outside of the Pokemon centre. It's now the next day and I've already gotten Aegislash to find them for me.

I just kept heading a little to the left for a little over 17 minutes untill I found Ash giving Nando a handshake as he just finished his battle with him.

Making my way over I greet them and after some goodbyes we went back on the road.

"You can't be serious right now." I say with a tired look. Team Rocket have gotten Pikachu somehow which I could have stopped if I wasn't taking a nap.

Now running with the gang I realise this is one of the moments I was waiting for.

"Starly [Wing Attack]!" Ash calls out to the newly sent out Starly. The Starly using its speed gets next to the balloon part after a little bit as Team Rocket we're fighting the Carnivine off James.

*Pop**Flutter*

With them now on their way to who knows where, we keep on following their initial direction they were falling from.

-Aegislash can you locate Pikachu and separate him from the Pokemon thats with him when we get close- I tell my buddy as I sensed Team Rocket being blasted off again by a certain wild Pokemon.
