After meeting with Clemont and his dad, Ace left and continued wandering. He had his hands in his pockets, wearing ripped blue washed out jeans with a black t-shirt, and black canvas sneakers. He was pretty casual, walking around Lumiose and looking at the sights.

Crushing people in Battles is only fun for so long. He was kind of tired of it, his most fun battle was against Cynthia, even though he lost. It brought back the long lost pleasure for incredibly tough battles with a hint of torture, it was perfect!

Ace had half a mind to fly over to Kanto and start an intense training camp for all Gym Leaders! But, since he couldn't do that, he could only release training in the form of games.
While it ignored the fact of environment during real battles, it was a helpful learning tool for tactics. After all, Ace only played the Video Games and he thought his own Trainer Ability was pretty strong!

Ace turned and saw a delivery boy riding on a Gogoat, "Mr Ace! Mr Ace! How are you so fast, damn!" Ace looked at him funnily, "Yeah?" The delivery boy let out a breath and smiled, "You have a package!"
Ace was startled and asked with doubt, "Me? From who?" The Delivery Boy looked at him and smiled, "Well, it doesn't say! Here you go!" as he pulled out a box from Gogoat's carrying sack.
Ace rubbed the Gogoat and said, "This guy is trained very well!" The Delivery Boy rubbed his nose and grinned, "Goaty is my best buddy!" Goaty baah'd happily, nudging the boy.
Ace smiled and took the package, handing over a small sack, "Here's a Tip, kid." The Boy was overwhelmed and waved his hands, "Nono!" Ace shoved the sack in his hands and ignored him, "Thanks!"
The boy took the sack and sighed before looking back up, "We don- Eh? Where did he go?!" Goaty looked around in confusion!
There was a person here just now!
The Boy scratched his head and opened the sack, revealing a Pokemon Egg! The Boy was dumbfounded and looked anxious, "This! This!"
Just as he was going to send it to the Pokemon Center, the Egg hatched, revealing a Rokidee! The Rokidee looked at the boy and chirped happily, hugging him. The Boy was in a daze as a letter fell out of the bag…
He picked it up in a daze, opening it to see a large stack of Bills, a voucher for a Free RotomDex, and a letter that stated;
'Kid,
This Rokidee should help you deliver packages easier. Or you can train him to fight. Whatever you want. Go chase your dreams.

The boy was dumbfounded before bursting into tears.
Even forgetting that it was nearly impossible for Ace to have written that letter so quickly!

Ace was sitting at a coffee shop, looking at the box and turning it over in confusion. As he received a Coffee from a waitress, he opened the box revealing a pokeball and a box with a letter.
Ace scratched his head and opened the letter…

As he opened it, he was dumbfounded!

Inside the box was a gold chain with a lightning bolt pendant… The problem was that the Lightning bolt was itself a Key Stone!

He took the necklace and muttered, "Is this like a leash…?" as he put it on around his neck, hiding it under his t-shirt. After which, he turned to the Mareep and looked at her carefully.
