Finally, Slowemperor ranked up to tier 3 and…

It roared from the top of its lungs to show its dominance. Based on rank, it was the most powerful Pokemon in Axel's team right now. Others might be happy about it but Axel was slightly worried. It ranked up too fast and it had not mastered its moves very properly.

A lot of things would come into play to determine the power of Pokemon. From battle strategy, experience, moves mastery, ability mastery, and many more. It might have ranked up and boosted its stats but others were left to be mastered.

Reward 1: Slowemperor could now have 2 cores.

Reward 2: Every year Slowemperor could divide itself from Cloyster and return to being Slowpoke. After that, it could combine again within 6 months. The difference in their ranks should at least be 2 ranks.

Those were some good rewards. First of all, it could finally have 2 cores. The concept of 2 cores didn't create such a huge difference in power right now but Axel believed that there would be some significant difference in the future.

Axel was worried that Cloyster didn't master 'Toxic bite' as he wanted many modifications for Slowemperor. He had divided themselves but he was still worried that he may not be able to do it again. 

But due to this reward, Slowemperor could do it.

He then finally looked at its stats.

A lot of things had changed since it evolved and ranked up to tier 3 of king rank. The first thing that changed was its ability. Its former ability 'Own tempo' had disappeared and now it had a new ability called the 'Monarch'. 

There was a notification that said that he was in the presence of a Monarch. He didn't know what it was but he was eager to find out.

Stage I: (At 100%): You are in the presence of a Monarch. The icy aura of the monarch would create doubts and fear in your heart and mind. Pokemon of the lower rank would want to submit to the monarch and higher ranks would also fear fighting it.

'Ok, I have a lot of questions. Can you please tell me what this stage I and II are in the ability of Slowemperor? I have never heard about such a thing.'

Since Slowemperor is the first of its kind in the history of this world, it like any other first-of-its-kind Pokemon has received many blessings from the world and from Arceus.

The first blessing is that it could have a powerful ability called 'Monarch' and this ability could develop and even evolve. 

Its decedent, down the line, would only have a certain percentage of its ability.

Axel didn't know that such a thing would even exist. Blessing from the world and from Arceus? Did that mean that Arceus was currently looking at him and Slowemperor? There was a high possibility that it was.

Axel was excited to know if there were any blessings or if there would be any of them in the future. He didn't know that Slowemperor would gain so much just by being the first of its kind in the history of this world. 

That gave him another thing to think about. The system said that 'Since Slowemperor is the first of its kind in the history of this world, it like any other first of-its-kind Pokemon has received many blessings from the world and from Arceus.'

Did that mean that the first Pokemon of their kind of every species received the blessing from the world and Arceus. If that was true then those Pokemons must be very powerful in their time. No wonder ancient times were said to be very dangerous.

The statement from the system also mentioned 'The world'. This got him to think about it. What was 'The world'. Was it a sentient being? Or was it the creator himself? Axel had read a lot that Arceus was born from the egg. Some even say that it was born with the help of Unknown. This made him believe that it was the creator of this universe cause it was also created by some other being.

So what that being 'The world'. Or was it the planet itself? He didn't know but he wanted to find out about it.

"Damn, that is a lot to take in.", said Axel in a loud voice. Others have already grown to such antics of Axel speaking to himself and staring at a place for no reason. So, there was no problem with it.

Axel now had 5 main missions and 1 sub-quest.

1. Main mission 1: To become a Pokemon champion

2. Main mission 2: To become a Pokemon master

3. Main mission 3: To explore the Venu family forest

4. Main mission 4: For Shedinja to reach champion rank and defeat a legendary Pokemon.

5. Main mission 5: Master the first stage of ability 'Monarch' by Slowemperor.

6. Sub quest 1: For Charizard to return to the volcanic island then battle Darmanitan and win and get recognition from Heatran.

He first looked at all these missions. He knew that the main mission gave huge rewards that might change Axel's fate for the better. So, he wanted to complete at least one of them as soon as possible.

Looking at the list of this mission, he realized that main mission no. 5 could be completed at first. However, the difficulty of the mission was still A rank. That meant that it was not going to be easy to master this new ability and it was also not going to be normal.

He had finally completed looking at the ability section. He then moved towards the stats section. First of all, was the health of Slowemperor. It was around 11000 which was very good for a Pokemon like Slowemperor. Slowpoke was not known for its defense.

Then he looked at the stats. He was happy that its attack, agility, and defense had risen up to B, C++, and C rank respectively. Since it mainly focused on only special type moves, it was very hard for Slowemperor to raise other moves that focused on these physical stats.

With the increase of these stats, the power of Slowemperor would rise if it had to face an opponent with the help of its physical stats. Then he looked at its special attack and special defense stats and was very surprised to see that both of them were in S rank now.

As per Axel's prediction, a Pokemon would reach tier 3 in king rank if one of its stats had been raised to S rank. Axel was also surprised to know that he could not have a sub-rank-up condition when a Pokemon raises their sub-ranks from tier 1 to tier 2 or tier 2 to tier 3. 

He was surprised by the huge rise of its stats to S rank cause it took a lot of time for a king-rank Pokemon like Slowemperor to raise its stats from B to S directly. The effect of evolution was just too good. This also might be the reason why it was respected as a Monarch.

He then moved toward the moves. Since Slowemperor was the first of its kind, he didn't want to miss anything. So, he was taking ample time and analyzing everything about its stats.

There were many changes in the moves section. The first change was that the move section had been divided into 2. Active moves and passive moves. Slowemperor had gained a passive move which was surreal. Axel had to train his Pokemon a lot and come up with a lot of imagination for his Pokemon to get a passive move.

But Slowemperor just got it like that. 

He was happy for Slowemperor. It was his Pokemon. Before looking at the new passive move, he first looked at the active moves. It had not gained any new active moves like the passive move. 

Almost all of its active moves have leveled up and those moves that were the same of Slowpoke and Cloyster before, they had leveled up pretty well and all of them had crossed the threshold and had become upgraded.

Axel looked at the description of these moves.

Rain dance (Slowemperor) (Level 40): The duration of the rain dance has increased to level 8 minutes

 (Level 45): The duration of the rain dance has increased to level 10 minutes.

 (Level 50): The Rain is heavier and sharper than before.

 (Level 55): The power of the move has increased. The user has to utilize less stamina and the effect of the move has increased too. There is a trace of ice while using the move.

Chilling water (Slowemperor) (Level 40): The water now has the power to freeze water

 (Level 45): It could freeze the water very fast.

 (Level 50): It has the power to manipulate the icy water to its advantage

 (Level 55): The power of the move have increased. The user have to utilize less stamina and the effect of the move have increased too. The speed of the move have increased.

Hydro pump (Slowemperor) (Leve 40): The speed of the hydro pump is very fast and it is also very destructive.

 (Level 45): The power of the move has heightened a lot.

 (Level 50): The power of the move have increased. The user have to utilize less stamina and the effect of the move have increased too. There is trace of ice while using the move.

Icy wind (Slowemperor) (Level 40): The effect of icy wind is faster.

 (Level 45): It has penetrating power which would make the opposing Pokemon even more slower.

 (Level 50): The power of the move have increased. The user have to utilize less stamina and the effect of the move have increased too. There is trace of ice while using the move.

Water pulse (Slowemperor) (Level 40): The pressure of water pulse is higher than before.

 (Level 45): The power of the move have increased. The user have to utilize less stamina and the effect of the move have increased too. There is trace of ice while using the move.

Ice beam (Slowemperor) (Level 40): It could shoot Ice beam in larger distances.

 (Level 45): The power of ice beam would increase while using 'Rain dance'

 (Level 50): The power of the move have increased. The user have to utilize less stamina and the effect of the move have increased too. The speed of the move have increased. Have high chance to freeze the target.
