These were his current stats. He had already transferred 1 trillion Poke dollars to Red for a training ground project. 

Relating to his stats, they had increased and now all of his stats were 200 and above. Before the start of the training, some of them were not even in 100s. The training was very effective but these stats were nothing compared to Red's stats.

"What happened? Why are you smiling and laying on the ground? You have only 1 day. Hurry up.", said Red.

"I have completed all of it and now I am a beginner swordsman."

"Are you? Let me test you then."

Red and Axel started to spar and Axel completed all of his stances, steps, and moves perfectly. 

"You have done well, Axel. When I gave you this task, I was almost sure that you would not be able to complete it. But you exceeded my expectations. That doesn't happen very often.

Take a rest for a day and take a look at your Pokemon's progress too. 

The training ground for body stats has already been finished. Training ground for bug type, grass type, ground type, normal type, and flying type had already been completed. 

Now, your Pokemons would need ghost type, poison type, water type, psychic type, fire type, dark type, and ice type training ground since they have these cores.  The workers are saying that it might take another 2 months for this to be completed but I am pressuring them to do it in 1 month. 

We can discard ghost type and fire type right now cause Shedinja and Charizard were not here. 

However, we have to complete others in 1 month. The rest could be done slowly."

Elemental training grounds like fire type, water type, psychic type, ghost type, poison type, or ice type were difficult to make and they did cost a lot of money. 

These training grounds sucked up most of the money for the project. That was why the workers and suppliers wanted it to be made very slowly cause they didn't want to mess it up and lose money.

However, Axel didn't have such a luxury. He had to train his Pokemons as fast as he could so that he could be ready for league battle. 

Tring.. Tring.. Tring… Tring… 

Axel's phone started to ring and it was Elizabeth from the Charicific Valley. He picked it up.

"Hello,"

"Hello Axel, something has happened to Charizard. You must come here quickly!!!"

"What? What happened? Is it okay?"

"It is okay for now. It is sleeping. Something amazing happened and it started to glow. I thought that it was ranking up but no…. Scales started to cover its whole body and its height also increased. 

Basically, its body started to change. I don't what what is happening. It went into a rampage and I shut it down. Now, it is sleeping. Come here fast and also bring Oak. He might know something about it."

"Don't worry. I am coming there as soon as I can.", said Axel.

"Wait, I will call Oak, and let Alakazam come too. We will reach there faster than the plane.", said Red.

Red was like a superhuman. He could perfectly hear the conversation over the phone and he started dialing Oak's number.

Within 5 minutes, Oak had appeared with his Alakazam. 

"Are you both ready?", asked Oak.

His mother, father, and uncle were staring at Oak with wide eyes. It was not every day you would meet the human god. Oak didn't even greet them cause they were in a hurry.

Alakazam started to teleport them to the Charicific valley and within 10 minutes of continuous teleportation, they finally reached the valley.

BRRUUuuuuffffff

Axel was vomiting on the ground. He could now handle teleportation but continuous teleportation for 10 straight minutes was too much for him. Axel started to vomit his guts out. 

Red and Oak were perfectly okay. 

"This is what happens when you don't train your aura. We will start the aura training from tomorrow.", said Red.

Axel took 5 minutes to calm down. He called out Gyarados to sweep all the vomit from its 'Hydro pump'. He didn't want to dirty the place. 

"Using Gyarados for this? You have become very rich my successor.", commented Oak.

"You are not the one vomiting here. Wait for a few years, I will be stronger than you by that time and then we will talk.", said Axel.

Oak had a way of getting on Axel's nerves. 

"I will accept your challenge. But don't let me wait too long.", said Oak with a smile. 

They entered the place. Even the guard didn't intervene like before. It was the Pokemon master. The guard didn't have the guts to talk to Oak and the team. 

They started to walk and after 10 minutes of walking, they found Elizabeth looking at Axel's Charizard.

Charizard was now sleeping. However, Axel could see that his Charizard had completely changed.

He first looked at his Charizard. Its body was covered in dragon-like scales. It looked like a cool armor. It was shiny and red in color. Axel could see the reflection from these scales. 

Not every part of the body was covered with scales. The chest was barren. Its arms, legs, and tail were covered in these types of scales. Some parts of its long neck were also covered in scales. 

However, there were more scales present in Axel's Charizard than Oak's Charizard. This fact surprised Oak a lot. Oak had to do a lot of hard work and train his Charizard to a limit, make it reach master rank, and train it even more to have these scales but Axel's Charizard had those when it was just a pseudo-king rank.

Frankly, Oak was angry with this phenomenon. He didn't know who he was angry against, maybe to himself but he felt that his years of hard work had gone to waste. 

Axel could make a guess on what had happened but he wanted to make sure and looked at its stats:

There were a lot of changes in Charizard's stats. However, the incredible change was about 'Ancient power'. 'Ancient power' must have leveled up to 40 and now it had another tab next to 'Hidden power' tab. 

The same thing had happened to Mamoswine but Mamoswine had evolved from Piloswine. Axel had expected Charizard to evolve too but it didn't which disappointed him a bit but he knew that Charizard had gotten very strong.

Its health was now at 7,000 but this made him even more sad. Red's health was at 20,000 but Charizard, Axel's Pokemon had a health of only 7,000. That was still a huge improvement. It had directly increased from 4k to 7k, which was an increase of 3,000!!!

All of its basic stats were now on SS rank except for 'Agility'. This was a huge increase in the stats upgrade. It may be due to its training here or due to 'Ancient power' but Charizard was almost a king-rank Pokemon now. It might be the most powerful Pokemon in Axel's team right now.

Some of its moves have leveled up and, 'Dragon rush', 'Wing attack', 'Dragon claw', 'Dragon dance' and 'Iron tail' had crossed the threshold.

Iron Tail (Charizard): The move is more piercing and has high penetrating power.

Dragon rush (Charizard): While using the move, the opponent would be intimidated making them unable to move. The power of the move has also increased. Pokemon with higher mental capability could discard the intimidation. 

Wing attack (Charizard) : It is sharper than before, like a sharp blade. The blades have multiple edges making it more deadly.

Dragon Claw (Charizard): More powerful and have a chance to flinch the target.

  Dragon Dance (Charizard): A new set of dances that would increase the attack and speed by 5 stages. Can only be used once.

The concept of 'Dragon rush' was very nice. The opponent would be intimidated and be unable to move. Some of the Pokemons that could get out of the intimidation may get out of it but there would still be a time lag and this would work to Charizard's advantage.

'Dragon claw' could now flinch the target and 'Dragon dance' had a complete change. It was a new set of dances that could directly increase Charizard's attack and speed by 5 stages. That was a huge thing!!!

Normally, any dance moves would increase the stats of the Pokemon by 1 stage and they had to do these dances multiple times to increase the body stats by multiple stages. However, Charizard could now perform 1 dance set and its attack and speed would improve by 5 stages all at once. 

Axel never knew how to improve moves like 'dragon dance' or 'sword dance' cause these were the dances that had been recorded in ancient times and he didn't have the knowledge to upgrade them. 

However, now, some of the problems have been solved. 

Axel also realized that all of its dragon-type moves had been leveled up and most of them had also crossed the threshold. He could see that there were also some red dragon scales on the edge of its wings. This would make its 'Wing attack' very powerful. 

All of its stats were now SS rank except for agility. If Axel were to take out the Everstone locket, it would directly rank up to king rank. However, Axel was greedy and decided to keep the locket until its 'Agility' was also SS rank.

Oak started to circle Axel's Charizard.

"Can I touch it?', asked Oak.

"No, let it sleep. Even I don't know how it would respond. Why don't we have a tea and let Elizabeth tell us the whole story."

All of them went to Elizabeth's office room. Tea was ordered with some cookies. Cookies were highly expensive here cause only a few Pokemons could produce milk. 

These were Miltank cookies so they were extra expensive. 

Elizabeth started to tell her side of the story. It was exactly as he had imagined it to be. Charizard was practicing 'Ancient power' just like Mamoswine and then when it leveled up to 40, it started to glow as if it was ranking up. 

But it didn't rank up. Its height increased and it now had scales all over its body. It was like a mini evolution. The rush of such power made it mad and Elizabeth had to put it to sleep. 

"You must know something about it. You must know how it was able to do it. Can you tell us?", asked Oak. 

Now both of them were staring at Axel. They wanted to know the information on how to do it. They had already realized that Axel's Charizard was more powerful than before and they wanted to know the secret. 

"I will tell you how to do it if you tell me how did your Charizard get those scales. I also want to know the requirements on how to rank up a Pokemon to pseudo-champion, champion, and master rank. 

I also want to know anything you have to rank up a Pokemon to god rank."

Axel was strict with his conditions. He was not going to give all of his secrets for free. Axel was the successor of Oak but he never felt that Oak did anything to help him out.

Oak had done some things but these were just material help. Red was training him, not Oak, so he didn't have to give up his secrets.

"Axel, you drive a hard bargain. I know I have not been the best teacher you would expect me to be but this information could help my Charizard to reach god rank.", said Oak.

Axel didn't speak a word. His stance was telling him that he would not back out from it. Oak was starting to regret not being involved in Axel's training.

"Ok, I will give you all the details but I cannot give you the details on how to rank up your Pokemon to god rank. This is something only I know due to my status as Pokemon master and you know how strict they are.", said Oak.

"Ok, you have got a deal."

He then turned to Elizabeth and said, "Do you have anything that you could give me?"

"I can train your Charizard for free.", said Elizabeth.

"You know that it is not going to be enough. Money is not a problem for me."

"Then what do you want?"

"I have not thought about it. Why don't you give me all the details on how you trained your Charizard and about all the new and modified moves.", said Axel.

"This is stealing. I worked all my life in this.", shouted Elizabeth.

"You do remember that my knowledge could help your Charizard reach god rank, right? If you don't want to give me all this information, then you must have something to give me."

Elizabeth started to think for some time and then she finally said, "I heard that you have been making training grounds….
