The Rose Against Disaster

In all despair their grew a rose.

Where flames conquered the Earth,

where water flooded the land,

where the Earth split in two,

where the wind tore away all we could see,

where the storms covered the world,

where the globe was turned to snow,

where cities crumbled to dust,

where forest were burned to nothing,

where war had tore nations apart,

where we had lost ourselves,

where we had seen the end,

where we met,

where it had begun,

where the sea met the sky,

where the moon touched the stars,

where time had aged everything around,

where and when life began again,

a rose the birth of something great.
