Music Pavilion.
This is a music hall established by Nanyin Square in more than seventy large cities of the Yu Dynasty. It hosts performances all year round, but its primary purpose is to select talents for Nanyin Square.
The Music Pavilion recruits twice a year in spring and autumn. Children interested in the cultivation of Music Law can be sent here for selection.
If one can successfully learn in the Music Pavilion for three to five years, they can become excellent musicians or dance masters, receiving the respect of noble families and even the imperial family. If they could stay in the Music Pavilion, they would inevitably become famous experts.
Of course, the very best ones stand out in cultivation and Music Law. They can be sent to Nanyin Square to seek the real way to Music Law.
As for the current core disciples of Nanyin Square, they are the cream of the crop amongst the talented musicians of Nine States.
That should give you an idea of how strong their talents must be.
