"Moli, it's okay, Ningning is still young, don't blame him."
Bai Xinxin quickly spoke up.
Xiao Yining gave a cold snort, "I don't need your fake sympathy."
He glared fiercely at Xiao Moli and retreated to his own room.
Before long, Xiao Moli received a call from the company, saying that there was a matter they needed him to attend to.
He glanced at Bai Xinxin, and then towards the direction of Xiao Yining's room, feeling a bit uneasy.
"Moli, if you're busy, you can go. I'll take good care of Ningning."
Bai Xinxin spoke wisely.
Xiao Moli pursed his lips, taking one last look at her pale face. He couldn't bring himself to utter the words he had planned on saying first – to send her away.
He knocked on Xiao Yining's door, but he wouldn't come out or open the door. Left without a choice, Xiao Moli left a word of caution to Bai Xinxin, then left.
