Suspect Examination Case No. A-005 067.Aa: William. Franklin Wares/Warwell the Tractor (Chapter 0-2)

This is one of the strange interview logs done by Thomas. William Crawford before he was found dead. As a recap, the John Smith Incident occurred on 30/05/2015, and the John Smith phenomenon started appearing on 14/02/2017, 2017. However, this interview was done on 11/09/2016, and this appears to have been the third interview he's done before the phenomenon happened. We were told by him not to uncover this tape until it was necessary.

The fourth individual interviewed was a preserved British standard gauge industrial tank engine named "Burgandy," real name: Bredfon. G-L Wright's interview was scheduled to be on the 19/11/2016.

We do, however, know who the suspects are, but not in conventional ways. The first suspect to be interviewed was a fireless tram locomotive who worked for a local city tramway in the UK in the mid-1840s. He went by the name Gerald Grover and was assigned the number 14-008. Because we have a picture of him in the office, we know who he is. The police station used to be near the old tramline, but that portion was rebuilt and leased to a different tramway that currently owns Gerald. The old tramline was demolished to make room for more "affordable modern, high-quality modular housing plans." He was being questioned because his parents had bought an "R.V.T.&I.L.T.R." industrial-town light railway and because he was listed on classified documents. We will not reveal the contents of the documents because there is a high likelihood that they will be taken by potential criminal suspects.

What we know about the 3rd suspect, William. Franklin Wares, also known by the alias "Warwell the Steam Traction engine," is that he is 113 years old (about 37 years biologically). What we know about him is that he was built in 1906 and was in the ownership of the United Kingdom government. He was named after the first "War" Well Stake wagons were built, and he was the first traction engine to be sent to the battlefields in France, Ireland, Scotland, Portugal, and New Zealand. After WWI, Warwell had severe levels of Trauma after the war, and to compensate, he started his own TV Program to help compensate for that. He made a kids show, telling children life lessons & city-attack safety rules along with fun story-telling. Some of the people in the police station watched the first few seasons of the show. The show premiered in 1919–1931, then continued from 1934 until 1951. Then was remastered in 1982–1988, but later, a recreation of the show was planned to start production in 1999 but was cancelled in 2011 after profits of HiT Entertainment started declining. Rumors have it that in 2 years, HiT Industries & their company divisions might be purchased by Mattel Manufacturing, Ltd. And if you didn't comprehend any of that, in simple words, we met Warwell through childhood television programs.

We are also deciding whether to put William. Franklin Wares under the "Court Case Witness Protection Program"'s umbrellela, because we recently uncovered documents stating they were planning to scrap Warwell and many other vehicle characters that appeared in Bob the Builder, The Railway Series, and Brum. Mattel stated they will begin scrapping them starting in mid-2015 and continuing until late 2021.

The first few show pieces being scrapped were simply old props in-need of replacing. But then it started getting concerning, as Mattel is planning to have bought the whole entirety of a group of islands by the Northwestern Coast of the United Kingdom, by the Irish Sea. Buying a large group of islands known as the Suderic Islands. Later, things started getting more concerning after family homes were being demolished, and props from other companies's entertainment divisions were being scrapped by Mattel.

The reason we are unveiling such confident business disclosure documents to you guys is because we may loose a potential person of interest for the investigation looking into the John Smith Incidents and Series of Disappearance phenomenons. Also to note is that in a business conference with C.E.O. Chairman of Mattel Manufactuing Industries & their Entertainment division, Ynon Kriez, and C.C.O. President, Steven Totzke, Have discussed along with fellow corporate higher-ups, and head of staff management, that they plan to decommission Warwell, and Warwell will be scrapped. It's already been 2 years too late, because Thomas. W Crawford is presently dead at the time, and during his interviews with Warwell, he was unaware of Warwell's unwarranted forced ending of life.

The information we gather goes as follows: Mattel stated that they needed to increase their monthly profits, but upscaling manufacturing operations will not be efficient combining with the factors of company staff being treated with extremely [INFORMATION_HAS_BEEN_CENSORED], and we hate to mention something, but this is an eddited-in note: Mattel appears to have based off these documents extremely poor workplace tolerance, inhumane safety treatment, and very severe fraudulent legal documents, increasing the amount of questionability Mattel has care for legal-risks. We may investigate them after we're done with teh John Smith incident but then a suspicion raises that Mattel is trying to cover something up by scrapping Warwell, but we don't know what…
