Ava woke to the sound of her morning alarm. She turned off her alarm without even getting up. As the morning rays hit her face, she tried to block them with the back of her hand. But the thought of going to the office made her sit up straight. Rubbing her eyes with her fisted hands like a baby, she yawned widely. Stretching her stiffened hands, she got up from her bed.
Walking into the bathroom, she brushed her teeth, finished her morning chores, and took a hot bath. As she stood under the thought, the thoughts and incidents from yesterday came into her mind. She doesn't want to attend the office that maligned her character. But she has to. After all, she needs to submit her resignation. She will do something for her aunt's health and surgeries.
