40 Enticing

The whole ride while returning to their apartment, she noticed her Aunt quiet. Her doubt was confirmed that she was thinking about Dolly.

As soon as she unlocked the door, she kept everything inside and followed her Aunt to her bedroom. She found her aunt collapsed on the edge of her bed with tears in her eyes. 

" Aunt Garry…." 

She whispered, moving towards her bed. She raised her head and more tears spilled out of her eyes in seeing Ava. Instantly, Ava stepped forward and hugged her tightly.

" Why did she chose that stupid job in the other country! Is it because of my illness! Huh! You and her are working hard for me to pay my medical bills …" she cried, hugging her.

" It's better to die not to see you both working hard like machines…" she added.

" Aunt Garry ….we need you. When we had no one in our childhood, you showed us love and affection as a mother . You protected us like a father. We are doing nothing for you when compared to your sacrifices for us" Ava replied emotionally. She doesn't want to cry in front of her even though she was missing her best friend terribly.

" I don't know what kind of job she is doing, so she is not getting time to call us! " Aunt Garry said anxiously. 

" She is in the place where our time zones were quite opposite. If it is morning to us then it would be night to them "Ava told lies to make her Aunt calm. Then she continued, " She is sending me mail every week saying she is doing good .."

" When she returns to us, then I will definitely punish her…." Aunt Garry said angrily. Ava smiled at her as she knew well about her Aunt that she never punishes them. She loves both of them like her own daughter.

" Okie…Okie…let's arrange the plants but after cooking …." Ava said to divert her Aunt's mind.

In the evening, Both of them walk to the lawn balcony of Ava's bedroom. They placed the pots in a row on the black iron rack. They arranged flowers on the top of the iron rack and green croton plants on the lower line of the iron racks.

" You are right, Aunt. Gardening is relaxing …" Ava said suddenly when she was cleaning the floor. Aunt Garry smiled and said, " It  not only calms our heart but also fun , my dear".

She took a water sprinkler bottle in her hand and sprayed water on her face with it. " Oh my god…." Ava exclaimed and looked at her smiling face.

When he returned late to his apartment last night. When he looked at her room, it was dark. He thought she was sleeping. He just wanted to see her face as she made him happy by getting the best gift for his parents. He laid on the bed with a smile thinking of her. The sunrise disturbed his sleep as he forgot to close the door. He walked towards the window and looked in the opposite direction. He saw her missing in the room. Then he returned back and removed his shirt and walked to the bed.  He resumed going back to sleep. When he woke up again, it was almost lunch time. As he was in no mood to go out,  he passed the time till evening cooking, watching  and playing video games.

While Cameron was doing a workout in his gym room in the evening, he heard giggles and laughter. Usually he was not interested in the noises around him but when he heard the giggles, the first thought that came into his mind was Ava.

He stepped down the treadmill and looked out of the window. He found Ava and Garry who were doing work in the lawn. He thought Ava was close to that woman by their closeness. He was mesmerised to see how lovely her smile with cute dimples on her cheek.

" How could a woman be so enticing even without a makeup? " he thought without blinking his eyes.
