33 Cameron's phone call

Ava stepped towards the wardrobe to take her night shorts and T-shirt to wear. Her back was facing him while she was picking her dress. On the contrary, he was watching her from the opposite window just like a curious cat.

Still facing her back to him, she slipped the towel from her body to the floor. But he could view her upper back from her standing position. Not only that, her shoulder line was covered with her loose wet hair.  He could only see a perfect thin waist. He felt tempted to touch her curved waistline with his finger. When he was so engrossed ogling at her, his mobile rang. He lowered his eyes to see the name on his display. It was Kevin. Then he remembered that he needed to go to the party as soon as possible.

Suddenly Ava felt like she was under someone's observation. She quickly hid behind the wardrobe's door and peeped out her head. She looked in the direction of the window. She found nothing unusual as the opposite side was dark. Because of womens' Instinct she took the towel from the floor and wrapped her body with it. She quickly closed the window with a curtain.

Cameron was so disappointed as he couldn't see her beautiful naked body. On the other side, his mobile was ringing continuously. He attended the call and said in an irritating tone, " I will be there before 9 ".

" Wait ….wait …"

" I made a call to ask you to bring a gift for our parents as it is their anniversary." Kevin said in a low voice.

There was silence for a few minutes. " Okay. I will take care of it. Don't worry" Cameron said and ended the call.

He quickly took a shower and started getting ready for the party. But he doesn't have an idea what to buy for the anniversary. He is very poor at buying gifts. Usually his brother used to buy gifts for parties.

Suddenly, he remembered how his father appreciated Ava in the morning for maintaining the office properly.

" Why don't I assign this work to the feisty assistant ! " He thought.

Instantly he decided  to assign her that work.

When Ava was helping her Aunt, she got a call from Cameron. She furrowed her eyebrows together thinking why her Arrogant CEO was calling her. After a few rings, she attended the call and greeted him in a professional way.

" Miss. Miller, I need you to buy a gift for my parent's anniversary and come to the party in one and half hours. " he ordered over the call." You should be at the right time. I will share you the location of place where you have to come" 

" Is this his personal work! " She thought in her mind.

As he understood her silence, he said, " My father is the founder of this company, so obviously it is professional work…" he reasoned and ended the call.

" Arrogant….bastard …" she muttered under her breath.

" Aunt ….Garry ...I have to go to my boss's father party as he assigned a stupid work…." She informed her Aunt. Then she ran to her room to get ready. She wore a simple black colored bodycon dress and let her hair loose. 

" Don't be upset, if I am late …" she informed her Aunt and walked out of her apartment.
