Plains of Immolation

Nine Blair is one of many people hailing from the Great City of Bastion, a hub for a endless series of different dimensional planes. Without a direction in life, he chooses to leave Bastion as many had done before and explore the magical universe he lives in. Lands of monsters and sorcery await him along with places where past settlers hailing from Bastion have long since perished. He is accompanied by his best friend Wit in his journey through the path of creating a purpose and identity for himself. The technology of Bastion is of no help and the new worlds he explores and journeys through are fraught with peril. The story of a boy who leaves his safe homeland to make something of himself in a fantastical universe of endless possibilities. ------------------------------------------- I, the author of this bundle of my limited creativity, will try to upload a chapter once a day but I kinda suck at writing so It might not happen. Essentially my goal with this story was to create a story with down to earth characters. I created it with the intention of it not being like game, where you become the strongest to beat the strongest to win at life I guess. I wanted it not to be like a game, but a like a world. (It's a shame because I actually really like games and simple progression is easier to write.) I wanted to create a place I could live and die in and be happy. That's really all. I dont write a lot so please, any comments or suggestions are welcome.
