A begging child

I found a begging child and was from up and he was alone here begging . someone made force fully to begg here in parli . once I saw that child I call to NGO and the NGo went to search the child and found a gang of kidnappers who kidnapped child and make them to begg . They were handed over to police after that and children were send to orphanage.
