At night, it was already one o'clock in the morning on the bed in the bedroom. John next to him was asleep and snoring slightly, but Luna didn't feel like sleeping at all.
Touching the ring on her hand sideways and saving the video on her phone, she smiled involuntarily as she watched it. It feels like a dream.
Looking at the picture in the video, she took many photos with a smile, and then she silently opened the official account on her phone and sent a message before closing her eyes to prepare for sleep.

On the weekdays at the PixelPioneers Studio, a group of people gathered to gossip during breaks.
"Do you know why Ms. Luna and Mr. John took leave at the same time?" Evelien, with a mysterious smile, looked at her group of colleagues and said quietly.
"Isn't it normal to take a short break after finishing game development? We'll also take a break when the time comes," Christy said, taking a sip of coffee.
"Of course not-! Mr. John proposed to Ms. Luna." Evelien showed some news on her phone.
The official headlines of Gaming Stars used to be about games, but today the headline was: 'Your VR is for playing games, while others are using it to propose. "Resident Evil" designer John proposes to his girlfriend.'
The article content was quite simple: it introduced John's background and included some photos posted by Luna on the official account. As for the live video, it hadn't been released and was kept on John's and Luna's phones and their hard drives.
People in the industry with varying degrees of connection to John also expressed their congratulations.
Meanwhile, Martel from Mercury Studio and Malcolm looked at the news with smiles. Turns out, a few days ago, when John asked them for the best VR outsourcing partner, it wasn't to enter the VR game market, as they had assumed, but just to propose to his girlfriend.
"Young people today know how to make an impression," Malcolm couldn't help but comment.
Martel, next to him, smiled and shook his head as he saw a message under John's official account, then went to his blog to give a congratulatory shout-out.

John and Luna, the happy couple, visited their families, had dinner together, and officially confirmed their engagement. They planned to choose a day soon, gather some documents, and head to the local office for registration.
As for the wedding banquet, the two families would get together to discuss and pick a lucky day. After all, it's a once-in-a-lifetime moment.
By the time John and Luna returned with their dog to PixelPioneers, it was already the second week. As soon as they entered the office, everyone who was working looked over at them.
"Alright, alright, get back to work. We'll have a meeting in the conference room in half an hour," John smiled and waved as everyone stared at him.
After Luna returned to her office, they exchanged a few words. She sat at her computer and opened the GDD file for the game developed by PixelPioneers to study it, while John went to the conference room to prepare, turning on the air conditioning and setting up the presentation.
After half an hour, everyone was present in the meeting room.
John went straight to the point, opening the presentation, and an image of "Resident Evil" appeared on the projector screen.
"I believe everyone has noticed our recent activities. The success of Resident Evil wouldn't have been possible without everyone's efforts, and PixelPioneers is about to expand significantly. I'll be forming a new game development department, and we'll be focusing on two directions."
After a short pause for everyone to absorb this, John continued, "First, we'll be working on a sequel to 'Resident Evil.' Unlike previous games like 'Octopath Traveler' and 'Outlast,' 'Resident Evil' is intended to be an ongoing series."
As he spoke, John opened a draft for the next "Resident Evil" game.
"The sequel follows Leon's story. Six years after the events in Raccoon City, Leon, having survived decides to continue his career in law enforcement. After extensive training, he becomes a Military Agency agent. He's then assigned to protect the president, but things take a turn when the president's daughter is kidnapped by a mysterious organization..."
John briefly explained the game's story. As a significant IP in his dreams, he felt compelled to bring this tale to players.
John chose "Resident Evil 4" as the sequel, featuring Leon and Ada. This iconic series is filled with classic characters like Chris and Jill, who each add unique dimensions.
But since he began with Resident Evil 2 featuring Leon, it made sense for the sequel to continue Leon's story. With his goal, John knows what the entire "Resident Evil" series means. It's a complex web, without strict main or supporting characters.
Similar to "Octopath Traveler," "Resident Evil" can be considered a collection of perspectives across games. Its previous success introduced beloved characters, and replacing protagonists abruptly would be a mistake. Killing off a beloved character is almost always met with player dissatisfaction. For many fans, "Resident Evil" isn't just a game, it's an emotional experience.
John aims to build a complete series, just like his memory, but that requires a solid foundation of success. The plan is to divide the games into arcs: the current focus is the main series with Leon as the protagonist, followed by one featuring Chris. This is just an initial roadmap. The primary goal now is to make the next game a success.
After John's presentation, everyone's faces lit up with excitement. Sure enough, the sequel to "Resident Evil" was on its way. Although "Octopath Traveler" and "Outlast" were both hits, the success of "Resident Evil" was on another level in terms of influence and scale.
They had been part of creating a AAA game that could become a long-standing series. Such an achievement would be a valuable addition to their resumes, making them attractive even to major companies like Moondustries, Essence, and Gemtechs. But for now, no one wanted to leave PixelPioneers, with its great work culture and momentum.
Listening to John's words, they were all thrilled, but they kept quiet, as John still had one more thing to reveal, the game that the new R&D team would develop. They waited eagerly for him to unveil the mystery.
